I just recently started working with Kaizen, and I have to say I'm impressed! I have an associates degree in accounting and have been doing my business books for over 25 years, so I was a little reluctant to hand over the reins to someone else. However, we made the business decision to jump in with both feet. New CPA, new payroll provider, and a switch to Quickbooks Online after over 25 years on Quickbooks Desktop. That's A LOT for someone who usually doesn't like change. Eric, Lyndsey, Kari, and Jack have all been phenomenal to work with! I have found them all to be great communicators, kind, empathetic, and very knowledgeable about their areas of expertise. They have also been very patient with all of my questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fantastic CPA firm. I'll be mentioning them frequently to my peers in the automotive industry!

They had me upload a bunch of files and determined that I wasn’t a “good fit for them”. Just another greedy, profiteering, offshoring business that requires that they will do your payroll as part of the engagement.

Starting a new business and making it a success takes much more than the knowledge and experience of an owner; you have to feel safe with the management of all the financial details and confident that reports and all accounting responsibilities are handled correctly and on time.
