The pharmacy has horrible customer service. You walk up to the pick up line and get completely ignored. No “i’ll be right with you”. Nothing. They just stare at you and ignore you. Pharmacist doesn’t bother to go over new prescriptions either. I would rather drive an extra 20 mins to go to a different cvs.

Would give them ZERO STARS, if I could. Husband's shipment was shipped back to sender on the third day that it was at the store. No one notified him prior to shipping it back. He only found out that it had been shipped back when he went to pick it up the day after they shipped it back. No apology -- nothing! All that the CVS Manager said they told him was that he needed to call the seller. Poorest customer service EVER!
