Purchased a used Travel Lite truck Camper that was advertised as one owner-almost new. Still had tags on most of the appliances- seemed like a good deal. Two years later I discovered major water damage that was not disclosed- After starting some self repairs I discovered that some water damage had clearly been hidden under a section of molding- Rotten framing and black mold inside camper walls. No more Camping World for me!

I brought my pop-up camper in for servicing-they did a great job. Unfortunately, my crank was missing. They were sure they hadn't accidentally kept it, while I was sure they had. They were so nice and personally delivered (rather than shipping) a replacement right away because I had waited til the last minute to pop my camper up before my trip. I really appreciated their commitment to making sure that I was a satisfied customer!

We are full timers and while driving though we had an accident. They squeezed us in during an emergency where my husband hit the top of our rv on an under pass we couldn't fit in resulting in a hole in our daughter rooms where the AC was knocked off. They were able to repair the AC and get us back in our home on a day. They were really easy to work with and kind.

Our 2008 Sunnybrook TT awning finally died. Jeremy and his team worked wonders to get a whole new awning and all the hardware for it. I wanted something all new and fresh. It looks awesome! We are so very pleased at how it all turned out and the quality work.

Got the runaround. Took forever to get ahold of people and forever for them to get back to me. Sales person didn't know how to set up trailer. Too bad. It was very close to my home.

I recently bought a new RV and upon doing the all thru the electrical panel with all the indicators was broken. They ordered the part and then a week later took it in to repair. Being a new owner and expressing being uncomfortable still about how it all works - the service manager took over an hour of his time at the end of the day on a Friday to walk me thru and show me some tips and tricks. He was super helpful and made me feel extremely comfortable asking questions and how to operate my rig. Upon leaving he even topped off my propane for me. Very nice and knowledgeable group here.Service: Electrical

Being new into the RV world, we were not sure what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprised. Jeremy and his team here are TOP NOTCH! We went above and beyond helping us with our new trailer...staying way past close to make sure things were right, and helping with questions afterwards. I wont be going anywhere else for service. We took our RV in with a broken refrigerator. Gerald wrote it up and was so nice and accommodating to us. Patrick worked on it, called me with a quote, and said it would be ready by the end of the day. Refrigerator works great and we got it back in record time. We highly recommend them..

Service Dept was Great and Prompt, Got my Warranty company to Cover The Fridge Replacement, ♡ GREAT JOB But Service Technicians could have Caulked my Back window they had 2 remove to get fridge inside Better and Cleaned up behind themselves better for sure on my $20,000 camper. If they did this kinda work on the Back window, Makes me wonder what other Shortcomings I may have in the future. Will probably take My camper Elsewhere for service. I know where I work if I left a customers VEHICLE like this I would be Reprimanded. Bigtime.

Wonderful place to go for any RV repairs! Jake got us in quickly, was knowledgeable, communicated well, explained everything up front, and was very professional. Our RV was completed right on schedule! We never felt pressured, just well taken care of. Our technician, Rich, did a very good and thorough job and took a lot of time with us; going over the work done & offering suggestions for the future. He is a great trouble shooter and found a way to easily fix some of our issues. Jake & his team were there to help us, when we were on the road, when the manufacturer couldn’t. We’d refer Camping World/Antioch to anyone who is thinking about, or owns an RV. Hard workers & Great people!Services: Battery

I was just there today to get some LP tanks refilled. There was not a single person there wearing a mask (perhaps an office person was wearing a mask). The folks servicing the RVs weren't wearing a mask. The counter staff was not wearing masks. The only people I saw wearing masks were the customers! So I won't be coming back. This to me is a clear statement "we do not care about the customers safety". Come on Gander RV get some sense. And I am wondering if this is allowable under state guidelines.
