Avoid This BP Gas Station - Awful Service
I went to the BP gas station for some drinks before a meeting, but it was a nightmare. The worker was chatting with someone in the cooler and completely ignored me, even though I told them I was ready to check out. It's frustrating when they don't even acknowledge you. I left without buying anything and won't go back. Don't bother with this place – they clearly don't care about customers. One star is too much for this kind of treatment

Use BP App to price match any other BP Gas Station Prices within a 3 mile radius.It's just another gas station with overpriced items. Car wash does an average job.

The guy that runs this place is a complete j*** and everything in there is significantly more expensive than similar BPs in the area. Even though it's the most convenient stop for me on my way to work, I literally go out of my way to avoid this joint.

There is a guy there named Khalid that is literally the most rude person. I always give him the benefit of the doubt and try and be polite but again he never responds or says a word. Last week I stopped here to get gas like I usually do just because its literally the only gas station on my way to work and this particular day was very windy so when I came inside the store the outside door stayed opened. Khalid then came running around his little isolated plexiglass box and yelled at me for not shutting his door. I told him its windy out and he just continued to grunt and talk beneath his breath at me. Whoever owns this establishment needs to get rid of this guy. Having this guy at the frontlines of your store talking to customers is not helping business, I can guarantee you that. This gas station smells like straight rotten eggs in the morning too its quite overwhelming!

I’ve been stopping here before work now for 6 months because it’s the easiest route for me to head to work. I’ve now taken a different way to work and stopped coming here because the employees they have are rude and ignorant. Specifically a gentleman man KHALID. I’m not sure if this guy is even alive inside. He always looks miserable, The only time I’ve ever heard him speak a word was when he told me “ You don’t know what pump number your on “ After I pointed to my car outside the window in clear view. He’s rude , Ignorant and he literally looks and acts like his soul has been taken from him. He ruins every morning so I changed my commute up and now I go to a BP gas station In antioch where they are wonderful and nice

Careful. Gas is advertised as $2.99 a gallon but it pumps at $3.35 a gallon

I paid cash for premium gas, attendant wouldn't reset the gas. I don't put regular in my BMW! He said he assumed I wanted regular Don't waste your money in this dump!

SCAM alert!! Fraudulent charges on my credit card. I pushed 87 grade of gas and screen read 2.58 per gallon. Was charged the premium grade at 3.38 per galloon. Attendant was rude and unhelpful. He would not credit my account and blamed it on me pushing a button I did not touch. How do they get away with this?! Never again!

The man working the gas station could not have been more cold. I went in seeking help and he literally just stared at me. He always came off on friendly but I just figured that was him. But when I actually needed help nothing. I will do everything I can to avoid this gas station

I wish I could give them no stars. I got gas and a car wash over the weekend. My receipt never came out. I went inside to get my car wash receipt. The attendant gave me the wrong receipt. After I had waited in line for my car wash. Then attendant basically told me I didnt pay for a wash. I had to prove out my total sale. I will never stop at this gas station.

If I could give a half a star I would. The people working here or unfriendly and are always on the phone. I paid for something and I didn't even get a thank you I got a shrug of the shoulders and they got back on the phone again. They're always acting like you were bothering them when you're trying to give them money. What happened to society?

I find the staff lazy and unfriendly. This is our go to for fill ups and it is always missing paper for receipts. When you go in, they act like you are bothering them. We stopped using the car wash because you leave with soap all over the car. My husband went it to complain and the attendant told him it was our fault. We reran it thru - for free- still left with soap.
