This is the worst transportation company I have ever rode with, the driver was an absolute slob and obscenely rude, the van was a total sty with barely cleaned up bodily fluids staining the floor on top of the fact that the van door wouldn’t even open all the way without coming halfway off its hinges and the driver insisted on making me feel as if me being there was justification for him to place blame on me for anything that went wrong and I couldn’t even make a phone call to confirm my arrival time to my appointment time let alone hear myself think as the driver was persistent in blaring his music as loud as he could the whole way there and the whole way back and even made me wait in the van while he helped himself to the concessions at the local gas station; I would NEVER recommend this transportation company to anyone as I felt very unsafe with the driver and was not treated with the least bit of consideration regarding my limitations when it came to my disability without being made to feel like I, the passenger was an inconvenience to the trip that I scheduled with them; if you’re going to treat people who book a ride with you like they’re the problem then maybe you need to find a different line of work that doesn’t require you to be of service to anyone directly.

This company is an absolute joke. They left me stranded at my doctor's office after an appointment and had to hitchhike 30 miles home. They never bothered telling me they weren't coming. Now I've been waiting for over an hour for them to show for an appointment that I can't miss. This the second time I've been left stranded because they claimed the driver had a flat and had to be towed. The owner is an absolutely awful person and screams at the driver's. This would be a one star company if not for the few 5 star ratings with no comments.

Called for confirmation Friday evening after 6pm . IT WAS FROM JENNY BUT I MISSED GOOD PORTION OF PHONE NUMBER BECAUSE IT WAS.INAUDIBLE . ZI COULDN'T CALL BACK, ALSO COULDN'T FIND ONLINE CONTACT TO CONFIRM THIS IS TYPICAL .

Absolutely the worst place to rely on a ride to anywhere. Southern Illinois Transportation, just so you know, I will be reporting you to the State. I believe you are committing fraud, and billing Medicaid for ride's that you're not giving.. I will stop at nothing,. until you are caught!

This place is a joke. Don't use them if you expect to get to your destination on time, if at all. If you're looking for a sanitary ride as well, your best bet is to look elsewhere.

This place is a JOKE. The drivers LIE about things to cover their own asses. I'm 5 WEEKS behind on my post op care because of them. Even their website has a phony phone number! I've reported them to the BBB. Someone needs to yank a knot in someone's ass to get their shit straight. They should be embarrassed with themselves with how this operation is running.

Very unreliable and always late... If they show up at all and can never get an answer when you call the main number that is on their vehicles, business cards and the drivers give you.

This company takes trips that they know beyond a shadow of a doubt that they cannot complete. If you need to be to an appointment on time I suggest you look elsewhere for transportation. Also, even though the drivers are required to show up to your address some drivers say if they text me and I do not respond they wont show up at all. Their vehicles are dirty but not as dirty as some of their drivers. They have one good driver and it blows me away that he stays with this pathetic company.

They give to many rides to one person. They want to pick me up an hour early and my appointment is 15 mins away . They are rude and take smoke breaks..

This is company is the absolute worst. I have been forgotten, been late, been two hours early and had to sit in the vehicle forever. I've had a driver tell me they got 'stuck' smoking methamphetamine at a gas station, and then proceeded to offer up some ice to my passenger and myself, as she drove us to a treatment center for our ride. Thank God we're strong enough to reject any offers but it shouldn't be coming from any drivers. Unprofessional and downright unsavory individuals driving for them, and of course it's gotta be difficult because this is the only company providing these services. One star is too good of a review.
