If anyone is considering applying for this place. Do not, the GENERAL MANAGER, Crystal, has horrible management skills along with bad customer service. She has had multiple complaints from workers( current and former) . She has cussed employees out on the clock. She will also completely remove you from the schedule without saying anything and then expects you to come back weeks later. Multiple complaints to cooperate and nothing is done! Be careful when applying to this place!
It takes 12 good customer service experience to make up for one bad experience. Do not go to Rhodes in Anna.

Applied for a job with Rhodes. The hiring District manager scheduled me for 2 interviews told me he wanted a 3rd interview and then he disappeared on instant vacation for 2 weeks if this is how this company treats military veterans. I feel highly disrespected by the treatment I've received from Rhodes corporate, as well as the district manage. If that's how this family owned business runs then I dont want no part in it. I feel like Rhodes hates veterans !

Very poor service today. Normally get a refill in the drive thru but was told today because of COVID she would not and that was after see looked at my cup without a lid or straw in it and rolled her eyes at me. Very unprofessional to roll your eyes at any paying customer. Any other day would have gotten a refill. Stop using COVID because you don't want to do your job!!!!

Put some fuel in my car and then went to put fuel.in a plastic tank I set on the ground. The pump ended my transaction. Just up and ended it. Had to run my card again, but still had trouble getting it to give me fuel in my gas can. Stupid pumps at this station. Probably will skip it in the future. Don't have time for stupid games.

Seems they have a"third party" doing background checks when applying for employment. Save yourself the time and skip over this corporation. How a misdemeanor becomes a felony, is a big mystery to me. You can make more income most anyplace in Anna other than this place...and it wont take nearly as long to get hired. They will waste much of your time. Background checks dont take a week or longer in most cases.

This location is always clean, no matter when I stop in. Clean on the inside that is. The exterior especially near the pumps is disgusting.Stepping out if your vehicle is a game of twister, except your trying to NOT step on whatever that brown, green, red,orange splatter is. Bonus if the aroma it is emitting reminds one of times through out life when one may make a poor choice in beverage consumption. Quantity over quality results in mystery pools in the parking area.Trash bins over flowing, possibly, it too made poor choices in consumption.Squeegies are left in buckets so dry, the memory of fluid has been erased. Unless, one has been fortunate enough to discover a receptacle for a poor choice, made worse by relieving themselves in the bucket.The inside of the store..I eat the fried chicken made fresh. I drink the fountain drinks. And ignore the pumps. Just like the employees do.

I had never heard of Rhodes 101 until I randomly pulled into this one. The gas of priced for the local area. The staff were nice, but the store seemed to be depleted of stock; the shelves were pretty picked over. I might have just hit them at a low point but I wouldn't be apposed to stopping in again and updating my review.
