There’s a lady in the pharmacy that is very rude I want to answer any of your questions ask like you’re stupid I do not have her name but is the worst person to deal with in the pharmacy everyone else is nice and convenient She never gets your order right or complains

Ridiculous!! Prescriptions been there since Monday were not ready on Thursday due to coronavirus and staffing. The young man was extremely apologetic and assured me at 945am that he put them along with the refills and 2 more new scripts would b ready by 3pm. I was running late due to doctor appointment and did not get there until nearly 5p only to b told they weren't ready..no apologies or sorry just you can back. So I asked if they planned on paying for my gas at 5bucks a gallon..no didn't think so. Another worker said if I could wait they would have them within 25 min or so. I left Kroger at 545! Whatever the problem is Kroger Pharmacy is losing customers:Rude people who obviously don't do their jobs or care about the patients who are counting on having their medications in a timely manner!!

Kroger pharmacy is the absolute worst. Zero stars would be given if I could. The drive thru is closed most of the time, the line in the store is ridiculous, and the staff isn't friendly.

I wish Kroger Pharmacy had zero stars to give. I always get phone calls saying my prescriptions are ready and when I go to pick them up they are never ready. The customer service is absolutely terrible and you can never get a hold of them by phone. A woman employee took a guy before me even though I was waiting in line for over 20 minutes due to her knowing him on a personal level. I have switched pharmacies and couldn’t be more happy. We would always dread having to pick up our prescriptions from Kroger and now we don’t have to worry about it anymore! Switch while you still can!

I recently had to use the pharmacy there. I've never been treated so rudely in my life by a clerk. Some people have no business working with the public.

Called today, Sunday, at 343 according to my phone. I asked if they had a specific medication in stock. A medication that comes in a ready to dispense bottle needing nothing more then a label attached. They said yes, I responded I would be there in 2 minutes....350 to be exact. The person on the phone says. "You're telling me you want to drop off a script for us to fill at 355"....said with a tone! My response....forget it! I'll just get it filled at Walmart and hung up on her. I guess I will be moving my scripts.

This is the third time that I’ve called in my prescription the day before and it’s specifically said that it would be ready the next day after 3:00PM. When I get there, they say it’s not ready. Also, the pharmacy technician was really rude and did not apologize for the inconvenience. She actually acted like it was my fault for trying to fill my prescription there. Very disappointed.

Older women here always seem aggravated to help me. They tell me they have my prescription, I drive down to get it, they tell me they don’t have it and I have to come back tomorrow. irritating
