Confusing convoluted counter intuitive and dysfunctional almost to the point that it seems their intention is to frustrate you into giving up and just waiting it out. Which btw is your best bet if you are waiting on a FedEx delivery and if you are thinking of calling the 800 don't. You will literally get more accurate info by making assumptions and guessing based on whatever info you already have.

I drove 35 min to mail a package. When I arrived there was a note on the door saying they would be closed for 1 1/2 hours but there was no time stated when they would reopen. I waited 15 min, tried calling 800 number to find out what time they would be open. I was hold for 15 min and gave up and left. I understand things happen but communicate time frames.
