0 out of 5 stars if possible. This dealership may seem like a friendly small town business but they are LIARS and FRAUDS. They offered a lifetime powertrain warranty on our Explorer but they never actually sent it to the warranty company. So when I had an issue they had no record of my car. I finally got in touch with the manager who did nothing but lie and ask for more and more maintenance records that had nothing to do with the engine. They had no intention on honoring their warranty. After getting an attorney they still refuse to respond. Run away from this terrible dealership, Matt the manager is nothing but your typical unethical car salesman.

Horrible! They state they offer a free power train warranty but it is a LIE! We followed all the requirements and supplied our service records from Ford dealerships they still have not approved to work on my car for 3 months! One of the turbos on my explorer blew and I have been without a car for 3 months. As a working mom with 3 kids they should be ashamed. We even had a lawyer write a letter and they have completely ghosted us. Terrible service and integrity from this dealership.

I love this place! Marion Toyota sold me a car with a bad engine and transmission, then tried convincing me, the BBB, and Toyota headquarters that I was ungrateful and wrong about my faulty car they sold me at excellent value, and refused to stand by the dealership warranty my car came with. Building a case with the Attorney General, I needed someone to take the time to carefully diagnose my sad car and I heard a lot of good about COAD in Anna, IL. These guys have taken care of my needs and have gone beyond my expectations. These people have made a forever customer out of me. It is so hard to find good service these days!! These guys are it and I recommend them immensely! Thank you guys!
