“Just wanted to share our excellent experience at the time of sale and with service after the sale!! Long read but I hope helpful!!

The whole team at Fun Town RV Anna has treated us great and my Wife and I are very happy we bought our camper there.

We had been wanting to upgrade from our pop up camper for several years but was waiting for the right camper to come along. Fun Town had the perfect, very lightly used camper on their lot.

We called and totally connected with our Sales person Megan!! She is absolutely fantastic and made us feel comfortable from the start. She offered a FaceTime tour of the camper ( since we live several hours away ). Answered all our questions and within a hour we were heading to Anna to check out and purchase our new to us camper.

The camper was perfect. Megan and the whole staff made us feel completely comfortable ( we were nervous and new to this adventure). Everyone jumped in to answer our questions and explain everything in detail. From Megan in Sales to Mindy in Finance, Todd, Zach, Lauren and John in service … everyone was fantastic and completely made our purchase easy. The service team setup the weight distribution hitch on my truck perfect and we were towing our new camper home that night!!

Now here is where I think the team really shines. It’s easier to be awesome at the sale but taking care of us after has been excellent too!! I am totally impressed.

Megan has been so helpful after the sale with our questions and the service team has been fantastic too!!

Our camper was like new, but still used and a couple years old. I HIGHLY Recommend the service agreement at purchase and we were so thankful Mindy and the team explained that to us.

Unfortunately our refrigerator went out. It happens, we knew we bought used … That was absolutely NO FAULT at all on Fun Town … some of these fridges are kind of notorious for that as I learned researching online.

I called service, worked with Todd ( service manager ). Todd and the service team were totally fantastic! I can’t stress that enough. I have worked in customer service for over 25 years and I have been completely impressed everyone there.

We got the camper down there. Claim was made and a new fridge was installed. Todd and his team even replaced a few other things I asked if they could do while it was there. Turn around was quick and Todd communicated clearly with me throughout the process.

The service agreement pretty much payed for itself with the fridge replacement!!

I realize everyone has different experiences and expectations. Camping is wonderful but repairs can be difficult due to parts availability, claim reviews and acceptance, shipping and many things totally out of control of the dealer. My Wife and I have been beyond pleased with every one at the Anna location and we consider all of them Friends now!

“My husband locked his keys in his truck and one of Brad's employees was here in less than 30 minutes even though we told them it wasn't an urgent situation. They tried to contact one of their employees who was already out on a call in order to save us some money as well. They were prompt and professional and according to the reviews of locksmiths in the Marion and Carbondale areas Brad's saved us about $150 by using them. We have also used their towing services in the past and their rates are reasonable and again they were always prompt.”
