Lady lied to me about the public restroom, said they don’t have one. I’ve been driving all night and I could’ve had a more human interaction with a robot or even a wall than I had with the two high calorie women staffing the location at 4am on June 4th. You both should be fired and replaced with people who can talk like human beings.

Go to the BBB web site and file a bad review. I will work on a class action lawsuit lawyer. There is a ton of things we can sue them for. Walgreens is going down

Where is the customer service in these establishments anymore. I walked in and was wasn’t greeted at all by the cashier (lady with red hair), she was too busy texting and drinking her beverage. I said ok I’ll give her a pass. I then walked pass another associate that was scanning product on the shelves (inventory) that pretty much took a mad dash after I asked where I could find the peroxide. (Pierced face, didn’t catch her name tag to see who she was)I was done with my trip, so I headed to the front to cash out. I see the red haired lady (London) again texting on her phone. I greeted her again and got no response. If someone is going to patronize your establishment you need to make sure that the customer service worker/cashier or what have you is at least acknowledging that they see this person.

I've been a Walgreens Pharmacy user my entire life and this store has made me choose to take my money elsewhere. The pharmacy staff are rude and talk to you like you are stupid. I originally called to update my insurance info over the phone like I have many times before and the staff refused and stated it was against their policy to take insurance info over the phone. Once I arrived to the location, the tech made me put my phone in the drive-thru window box for her to take. Coming from someone who works in healthcare that is a huge health and privacy violation as they could have looked through all my information without my consent. Then after sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes the second time in 24 hours, they told me my medication was not ready yet..although I got a notification it was ready the day prior. This place is SKETCHY

Why does this store have a drive thru if they are going to just completely ignore it. As previous reviewer said, I arrived just before 11pm. Sat at drive thru and pushed the "call" button several times with no signs of human life inside. Finally after about 10 minutes a voice came in the speaker and asked my name. From thst point transaction went well, but why ignore customers for 10 minutes?

I placed an order for a prescription refill, received voice mail and text that is was ready for pickup. Upon arriving at the Washington Ave. store to be met with a closed pharmacy. There was no pharmacist so the sign said no prescriptions could be picked up. Very inconvenient!

Went through the drive through to pick up a prescription around 11:30pm, which is open at that time, after ringing the buzzer a couple of different times and ten minute wait. We left without our prescription. We could also see the inside counter and there were no customers or employees there either. Not good business in my opinion.

Refused to let me use my gift card for ibuprofen. The girl scanned the card wrong and made zero effort to even try to do it correctly and now my head is killing me and I have useless money. She really doesn’t need a job. It was the younger girl and she’s a lazy entitled brat. She couldn’t even listen long enough to understand what happened. Had no issue a different time but y’all really wanted a low rating ??♀️

I tried to shop here but I literally couldn't give them my money. If I could give zero stars I would. I came in to get my vaccination, which went perfectly fine. With my proof of vaccination and receipt I received two coupons, one for $10 Walgreens rewards on a $1 purchase, one for $5 rewards on a $10 purchase m That's like $15 of free money for getting my vac there, because there's always stuff I need there, like fish oil. So I go to use my coupons, but because the pharmacy printer was low on ink, they weren't scannable. I waited for FIFTEEN VERY LONG MINUTES while there people tried to sort it out. They finely figure out how to ring it, only for their machine say my FSA card wouldn't work. I pointed out that everything I bought was marked OTC FSA/HRA eligible. I pointed out that I had purchased items just like this recently at CVS, and DID SO WITH MY FSA CARD. They said it must be a problem with my card, nothing else they could do. By now a half hour had gone by. This isn't the fault of the employees, BTW. They were polite and doing their best. THIS ball of fetid weasel droppings is a fault of what we call CASCADING SYSTEMS FAILURES, with poor communication, unclear marketing, lack of employee support, poor systems planning, integration, and implementation, and an ultimate poor result. I'll be back because what else can I do now that all independent pharmacies are gone? CVS is even worse, if one can fathom that, and the grocery chain pharmacies are a cruel joke. But I hate it. I hate being forced to shop at an outlet of a trillion dollar company ROLLING in dough that can't be bothered to get their enterprise systems integration to work at a minimally competent level. They spend more on marketing about the wonders of their kakistocratic customer service than they spend to provide actual minimally sufficient customer service. My doctor says I have too much irony in my diet. Pathetic. I haven't even mentioned all the products out of stock or the lack of variety, or outrageously high pricing that makes being mugged by Genghis Khan and his steppe warriors look like a nice shopping trip followed by a spa brunch with friends.

Just spent 25 MINUTES in the Pharmacy drive thru lane. The person in front of me refused to go inside and the staff didn't know how to handle the situation. When I expressed my frustration with waiting more than 25 MINUTES, I was told the Ddrive thru was for "convenience not speed"!Really?? Maybe they should ask the Jack In The Box across the street to provide customer service training to the pharmacy staff.

Tried to get pictured printed for people visiting my new born. 17 pics and a 8x10. All photos including the test sheet were misaligned making them pointless but more importantly left him when I shouldn't have, for no reason. Thanks. I've always wondered what CVS is like. Guess I'll know now.
