Tractor supply has the worst customer service, ive been trying to by one of there trailers for 2 months, and three stores later, they all say there in stock or the managers cant help and are the only ones that know how to deal with the paperwork involved what a shame, its pitifull for shure!

Went to Tractor Supply to get a trailor and say enough about how helpful Tom was. He assisted me with every thing from getting my registration to hooking it up. The customer service was above and beyond.

Went in and found what i wanted, went to check out, noone came to help me, i waited for a couple of minutes, left 2 tubes of grease and a pepsi on the counter, am going to farm and home now they will be happy to take my money.

Do not order ANYTHING for Delivery.Ordered x9 4x6 stall mats for my home gym. 3 arrived damaged.I called and spoke to the store manager who would only give me 20% off my damaged items if i brought them back in store with me to show the damage (these weight 94 lbs each)20% off would be $30. I'm paying that in gas/time. Also wouldn't process a refund over the phone, it has to be in person.All in all, terrible experience and i won't be purchasing ANYTHING else from this store.

Friendly staff. Good prices on dog food when they have it in stock. I find myself switching flavors a lot due to the inconsistency of product availability.

These guys have been so helpful and the associates are always friendly. Called today to see about some horse feed that was out of stock and the man I talked to was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Exceeded my expectations for sure! Wish I would have caught his name! Thanks again!

I enjoy going to tractor supply they have a lot of great items and the people always seem knowledgeable and friendly. The only thing I would stay away from is the Ridge cut boots. I bought a pair of the wedge sole boots they are comfortable and serve the purpose, but the sole started falling off in about a month. I have tried to repair them with gorilla glue a few times, and won’t waste my money on them again. If you need a fairly expensive pair of boots in a pinch. To get you through a month or so they will do. I would definitely recommend the store, but not those boots.

Had an issue with the delivery of a zero turn mower that I purchased. The manager on days Personally delivered it the mower the next morning full of gas. He was on top of everything and bent over backwards. Great service! Thanks Mike!

Came in yesterday bought two Guinea birds and a turkey came back today for one more turkey and was turned away with poor customer service attitude because they said I have to buy four birds or no birds but yesterday it wasn't a problem and even though that was their employees mess up I still had to deal with attitude.

Love Tractor Supply for all things needed for our farm. Recently, the employees have really stepped up their game. It wasn't always this way... for a few years there were a few folks working there who went out their way to avoid helping customers or assist with a load out. Haven't seen J*$% working there in a while, so my four-star review will be updated to a five soon.

I read online you had womens denim overalls in many variations available for store pick up today. I came inside to try some on and there were none to be found. Not even Unisex. Even the store associate looked with me. Please do better at inventory in the future.
