I was so disappointed to see how messy this area of the store was. It was very hard to find underwear in all of this. I love target and I hope this location does better.

I have always loved target! But for the reason of that they have almost everything you need there! The only reason I don’t frequent there is it’s a little pricy. But in this day and age its not outrageous! Anyway I love target! The employees there are most of the time pretty nice and helpful! As well as the sufficiency of the self checkout! Keep up the good work

I had a great experience Target , got to the register to pay it told me I had some rewards that could save me money , I had trouble retrieve it no fault of my on, representative went out his way to make sure I got my rewards, it took some time too. but he was patient and had a willingness to help, I never used my rewards before , he took the time to show me for the future

I love our target BUT the clothing section is pretty much always in shambles when I come to our target. The store itself is clean and most of the workers are nice.

I already don't shop at target a lot and I'm done moving forward. I bought some curtains for my daughter at Christmas. They were the wrong curtains so I took them back to target to EXCHANGE them for the right curtains. During the process she told me that they don't do exchanges only refunds And asked me if I wanted it on a target gift card or back on my charge card. Since I was trying to do an exchange anyway I took the target gift card. They didn't have the curtains I want so I went back to the service desk to try to get it moved back to my credit card, and at that time they tell me they can't do that what the fuck! Why didn't you say that before I took the stupid gift card when you knew I was trying to exchange anyway! Now stuck with 40 bucks on a gift card to target where I don't shop anyway! Screw target I'm done with them

Clean store with a friendly/helpful staff. They’ve gone through the seemingly similar store layout makeover unscathed- areas are cross merchandised, but it’s not cluttered and you can find what you need.

Walked past a whole group of Target workers tonight around 9 p.m., standing at the end of self-check out. I didn't say anything to the group when heading to guest service, thinking someone was over there. Stood there for at least 5 minutes with them periodically looking over at me but not coming over. Someone finally came over and didn't apologize. The gentleman who helped me just said them, "knuckleheads," then went about doing my pick up. Thankfully, I'll continue to go to this one because it's too close to go elsewhere, I don't usually interact with employees and do self-check out. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth, though.

I want to give a shoutout to the best checker I’ve ever seen. I was in line on a busy day. Some old hag ahead of me had some mix up and her whole cart had to be voided. It was her fault but the checker was calm and assisting her. This haggard old bitty all of the sudden went ballistic. Cussing up a storm in the check out lane. She started to start insinuating some homophobic things, and another woman in line started addressing her. A manager came up and sent the vial she-beast to customer service. The smell of stale newports, mothballs, and sulfur followed her leathery husk of a shell as she shuffled away. Our checker was so kind, calm, and professional. I could tell they felt upset that they had an upset customer even though it wasn’t their fault. I am blewn away at their calm nerves and professionalism. I’m not sure what target pays their staff but Gordon needs every benefit and raise known to man after going toe to toe with a swamp witch. You need someone like Gordon doing training on how to handle these situations. 1000/10 on everything Gordon! I will continue to choose your lane over the self checkout any day!
