because of a shortage on a certain medication, i have to travel 30 minutes now to get my medication. I called several times inquiring about the medication and the pick up time, something that i am sure would be annoying but they were so nice with each call! Very helpful in getting my medication switch to there pharmacy, I did not have to do anything! and when i got there i was a little embarrassed but they made me feel comfortable and the pharmacist and the tech was very nice!!

I really appreciate this pharmacy I wish you would change the hold music it’s very annoying and I spend a lot of time on hold because they are a busy pharmacy. When I bring that up, they say yes, everybody says that.

Kendra is one of the most kind, compassionate, and caring pharmacist that I’ve ever had the pleasure of working to help me with my pharmaceutical services. I’ve also found their staff to go far beyond the norm, They truly put alot of caring love, and friendly compassion into the everyday work they do, and it shows. Every time I come to drop off, or pick up an R.X. at Shields Pharmacy, I always leave with a feeling of happiness, truly believing in my heart that my business matters, “no matter how big or small it may be, “it matters,” and, “at Shields they appreciate it!” They have always been super friendly with me, and always have answers for any questions or concerns I might have. They always go the extra mile to help you out so you can get the cheapest price for your medicine, or if not, they’ll price match it with any of the other pharmacies, to get you the best deal possible. Shields has always shown me nothing but the upmost of respect, and this is the reason why I will stick with them until the end! Just like to get everybody at Shields a big? thumbs up? keep up the good work

I had the opportunity to switch to a pharmacy closer to home, but didn't! Love the friendly service here! Always helpful and kind! And they have Zagnut candy bars!!

Shields is such a friendly and wonderful, trustworthy pharmacy. I don't have to worry about long line, rude customer service or bad experiences. I am treated with respect, care and concern. The nice thing is they have everything you need for that quick medicine pick up. Need cough drops, bandaids, acid reduced, a piece of candy to cheer you up, they have it all. You receive time with Shields, they spend the time to know you, make sure you understand your medication and know that they are there if you need anything. I also love how their prices beat out CVS and Walgreens. Yes, be shocked, my medicine was cheaper with Shields. Plus, they've got it all in stock and if they don't, they get it promptly for you. I'm so happy I've switched. They will always have my support, because they too support our community!

I found shields after having a bad experience at another local pharmacy. They were extremely helpful and very kind. They handled my issue quickly and answered all my questions. I'm so happy to have found them! Thank you guys! New customer for life
