“Very easy rental. I was able to use a “self service” type approach which allowed me a no pressure experience while deciding on the right space for the right price. Thank you all for making this rental so easy. Melissa answered my call promptly. I let her know right off the bat that I was in a pickle and needed unexpected space immediately for a short time. Melissa answered all my questions while also making the whole experience soooo very easy. My phone kept hanging up because of my service and she was very patient about this issue, never showing any frustration. I need space from time to time but never usually keep it more than a couple months, however I think I’ll be keeping this unit for a while because of the price, location and the great customer service experience. “SO thankful for Amber and Becki for their amazing customer service!! I was moving to Orlando and had booked a reservation at Spanish Lake U-Haul. We arrived to pick up the U-Haul in Spanish Lake where they informed us that they didn't have a truck and it wouldn't be available until tomorrow despite our reservation. Terrible service - Do not go there. I quickly head to the Alton location and these ladies were AMAZING!! They were so helpful and quick to resolve my problem. They got me a truck within 30 minutes on short notice and got all the paperwork signed quickly. Truly give these ladies a raise!!”

“There was a cost discrepancy on my receipt regarding the final cost of the cargo van rental . I returned to the location next day and was helped by Joey. He listened to my concern about the mileage and looked into it. He found out that the wrong mileage was recorded at the time of my rental. He was able to make a report, make an adjustment and credit my debit card. I am very satisfied with my service. Joey was attentive, respectful and was able to address my concern and resolve it.”
