I'm over the moon happy. Bought a refurbished laptop. the tech directed me on the process to download my documents and pictures through MS Cloud. It happened instantly. All of my book marks were there. Couldn't have been easier. the laptop has a new hard drive and works like a charm. Couldn't have been easier. thank you.

These guys do amazing work! Twice my daughter had badly cracked her iPhone screen to the point we thought she would need a new phone and once my son. All three times took the phones to Riverbender tech center and within an hour (no appointment), the phones were fixed and looked brand new!
