Terrible experience. My car has been making a noise since i purchased there 2 months ago. It took nearly 3 weeks to get an appointment. Today, i drove 2 hours for my scheduled appointment. Only to be told they couldn’t hear the noise I wanted checked out. It made the same noise approx 5 times on my way home. Very disappointing

I had a problem. Another dealership but my car was still covered under my bumper-to-bumper warranty. I came in and spoke to Angelo and he saved the day! He not only explained every part of the process but he inspired me he would get it taken care of. And he did not disappoint. He took care of everything including things GMC would not cover. He went above and beyond. I'm going to start using Quality for oil changes due to his professionalism and attention to detail. He was truly fantastic!!!

I bought a new truck from Quality just this week. I came from about 500 miles away because they had the truck I was looking for in stock. I absolutely love it. I appreciate Tra and Justin for getting me in and out quickly due to my 9 hour drive ahead of me. I flew in early Monday and drove home that day. Thank you again for the fast and easy process.

The overall installation and quickness of the tire appointment was 5 star. The reason only 2 stars was I scheduled the appointment the week before online. Got an email confirming the appointment for Friday December 1st, but when I showed up the tires were not ordered or there. To no fault of the service department, I informed that since I scheduled and ordered the tires online the service department only gets a notification about the time and date of appointment and not the tire selection. The tires were ordered and were there the following Monday. I rescheduled for Monday but I had to leave work early in order to make the appointment. I'm sure I'm not the only person to have this happen. This issue of scheduling online for tires and service department not knowing what type of tires were ordered needs to be rectified in order to prevent any further problems and disgruntled customers.

The 2 times I’ve had my truck in for warranty issues Quality stepped up and took care of the issues. ?? They got me into rental vehicles and took care of it. Granted it took a bit to correct the issues but they corrected the issue. But, I still have not received the invoice showing why I brought it in and the steps to correct. I was told by the service rep, Russ, that he would mail it to me in Florida. To this date I have not received it. I would like my copy for my records.

My service experience was below desirable but you cannot minus stars. I called in and asked about service wait times in the collision department as they are preferred through my insurance company. I was told that I could drop my vehicle off early as it was my off day and it would be a few days before they could get to it. Which I was okay with. I believe I initially dropped my vehicle off on November 15, with initial service starting around the 18th and I picked my vehicle up on December 22nd still not completed as discussed, with me not receiving all the work initially quoted as their mismanagement of time was going to cost me more money with me already taking note of the service I received. There was very little follow-up communication to my request and I understand that with the strike there are delays but: time, professionalism and customer oriented service are what I am paying for. Quality to me is equated as value for money, which we all trade our time for money whether you're seeking service or a consumable good even employment. I am the first to hold myself accountable which is why I don't have a problem with doing the same with others, in my experience Quality in name is not equal to their respective application, they missed the mark for me!

Wayne Marshall did a great job helping me find a vehicle. He was very patient and quick to answer all my questions. He even charged my phone when it died. I'm gonna send anyone I know that needs a vehicle and tell them to ask for Wayne!!

We recently purchased a Cadillac Lyriq at this dealership. The experience was terrific. We had excellent service from the top down. I've bought many cars in my life. Very few times you'll find an owner and his family as hands-on as David and Cody. They put a lot of effort into making our car buying experience great.A big thanks also goes out to the Sales Manager Wayne Chamberlain. Wayne worked closely and intently with my wife and I during the selection process of the new vehicle. This is our first EV and we were somewhat nervous about crossing over to the electric world. But Wayne and his sales team (Bill Erwin) helped us navigate what features were most important to us and choose a great vehicle.We couldn't be more happy with the Lyriq. We'll definitely continue to do business with the Stevenson family and associates at Quality!

Amazing dealership!! Tra our salesman was amazing and honest it was by far the fastest car buying experience we have ever had!! The only issue is the GM website as it give unrealistic numbers and percentages but once we worked it out with Wayne and Tra it was great and they didn’t promise anything they couldn’t do when we reserved our Envista. Tra and Justin did an amazing job when we came in to do the purchase once it arrived even on his day off he came in to make sure it was smooth and a great experience for us, less than an hour half and out the door in our new car!!!Best dealership in the area by far!!

Changing my review from a low score to higher score because of a simple phone call. Received a call back from the dealership GM (great interaction from the dealership GM) and he was more than accommodating. Things were worked out and to my satisfaction. A big thank you to him for following up and making sure I was a satisfied customer just by making a simple phone call. Thanks again!

All work was done in a timely manner. Service writer made check in fast and easy. Great communication via text. Liked knowing the parts was delivered, remember of service date and pick up. Will definitely use Quality service and will give first Crack on a new car.

Bill Erwin our salesman was just wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer every question we had. He also informed us of other things that we either didn't know or didn't think of. I personally ususally do not like salesman. Normally they are way too pushy. Bill was different than most and made our visit to Quality Buick GMC Cadillac a very pleasant experience. In the future if I need another car Bill will be the only salesman that I would like to talk to. Thank you Bill.

Quality did an AMAZING job on my car!! The Manager, Dave, was so communicative and kept me up to date on everything. Not only did they have my car finished much earlier than I expected, but my car looked brand new when I picked it up. If you need any collision work-Dave is your guy at Quality!

They are always honest and professional. I have no complaints about quality. I have been buying my cars and getting the work done on my cars for years here. They are all very nice and truthful.
