Been doing business with them for over 10 years. Took 5 items. A suit, jumpsuit, a formal dress, a regular long dress and a pair of dress pants. When I picked it up, it was pretty heavy. I put it in my SUV and drove off. Since it was so many hangers and it was so bulky, one of the dresses fell off of the hanger as I was getting it out of the truck. I called to let them know and was met with a somewhat snarky response. I was told that this was the right amount of items in one package. She then basically said “well what do you want us to do about it?” I told her that next time please don’t put so many in one package and I would like my dress redone. She didn’t sound very happy and said well just let us know the next time you come and we’ll put it in your record. There will not be a next time. Had she started off with an “ oh no, sorry to hear that” instead of trying to make me feel like I did something wrong, I would have brushed it off. I will be driving to St. Louis from now on.

I am beyond grateful for this place! I took my wedding dress in to get cleaned a week before, I was supposed to do a photo shoot. They told me it usually takes at least 3wks. My heart sank but she said she could get it done in my time frame no problem. Not only did she get it done in 3 day, only 3 DAYS, but it looks stunning! It looks just like it did on my wedding day! I will be back to have it boxed and preserved soon. 100% recommend Piasa Cleaners!!!

Great small town and family owned dry cleaners. I am such a regular, the staff knows me by name when I walk in. That is good customer service.I love a well pressed and starched shirt, so I bring all my shirts here. The only shirts I do at home are polo and t-shirts. So, if you're like me and can hold off until you have 15 items before you go to the dry cleaners, you can save 15%. Wait until you have 20, you'll save 20%. Being a clothes horse, I can easily do this and save.In addition to having my shirts done, I've had them do dress slacks and suits, too. I've been pleased with all their work and customer service. They definitely are a 5 Star dry cleaners.Services: Clothes pressing

They removed every wrinkle in my special occasion dress which was layered in a very delicate fabric. I also brought in my winter coat. Not only did they clean & freshen it up, I believe they sewed to tighten the loose buttons too.

I brought a white 3-piece suit that had belonged to my late brother here a few days ago. It was stained to various degrees (with food stains, etc.) to the point that I was not sure it could be salvaged. Piasa Cleaners did an excellent job in cleaning this suit and vest! I was amazed with how they had removed all those stains and now I can wear my brother's suit as a way to honor his memory. Thank you so much! You far exceeded my expectations.

Moving to a small town from a big city is adjustment. One of the things that I am having to adjust to is, the limited number of dry cleaners to choose from. Another adjustment is the pricing, it is way more expensive and I do a lot of dry cleaning. Alton basically has only one dry cleaner, there are two different ones by name, but they are owned by the same person. I will admit, they do a quality job on my shirts and slacks. The major difference from the city dry cleaners and this small town cleaners is the operations. In the city it was old school, hand written tickets and stationary racks. Here in Alton everything is updated. Tickets are done on the computer and all the racks are mechanical. The clerk stays put in front and flips a button and your order rolls around and comes to them. So, I am assuming the higher price is paying for the modern technology. The staff was friendly and provided good customer service, but they were not wearing mask. If they had a mask on I would have given them 4 Stars. Will I return? - They're the only cleaners in town. When: December 24, 2020 Why: Clean clothes.
