I've dealt with a competitor and it's no comparison, the 180medical team is knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. I've never had a bad experience and I've been on the phone with them quite a few times.”
“They are absolutely the best! Jason & ‘The Gang’ couldn’t be nicer! I really needed that after trying to get a wheelchair through the local store in Alton. They lost my script, never got the correct paperwork from Drs office & then brought me the wrong wheelchair. It took a few months for all of this to happen. I called Med West & they had me a new chair within 2 weeks. Assured me if I need anything else I know where to go! Being disabled is hard enough of a physical & mental challenge without having to worry about getting the correct medical tools to help me. I can’t thank them enough for doing such a quick, great job in a timely manner. I know where to shop now for all my medical supply needs. Jason said that if I need anything, to let them know & they will do their best to find it for me. Can’t see myself using anyone else but Medical West in East Alton, IL”
