Did a kitchen remodeling with them. Less than 6 months later and the cheap particle boards and straps between the tike and carpet fell apart. Called about it and was told they were busy. They never called back or were concerned. They obviously do not stand behind their products. I fixed it myself. Used actual nails instead of cheap Elmer's glue.

Mock shower/sink and kitchens so you can see what the manufacturers have available and check quality! If you are considering a bath or kitchen remodel this is the place to go. They will walk you through the entire process.

Purchased a custom shower door from them. They had upgrades available that were not available at Home Depot which made it easier to maintain and a longer life door/hardware.We had a miscommunication when ordering the custom door and they really worked with me to make it right quickly and without any hassle on my part. I absolutely would recommend them to others and will likely use them in the future for our next kitchen cabinet remodel project.

We had our kitchen cabinets installed by this company. Customer service and installation was superb. The price was affordable compared to big cabinet stores. Our new kitchen cabinets look amazing and have no regrets going with Kitchen and Bath Outlets.

We had our kitchen remodeled in January 2020 and I can’t say enough about the Kitchen and Bath team in Alton. The entire process was seamless and everything turned out great. Teresa and Kevin are true professionals that strive to make your experience as smooth and easy as possible. Bryan(the installer) went above and beyond in completing the process. There was nothing he couldn’t, or wouldn’t, do to make us happy. He even did some additional lighting work to make everything come together perfectly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use the Kitchen and Bath Center in Alton again.
