I was able to find what I wanted on their app and pick it up at the Alton store. I even has a 25% off coupon in my phone messages.

They had what I needed for $60 less than Home Depot. Since I'll only be using it twice, no way was I going to spend top dollar. The staff was very helpful and super nice. Customer service is not dead. For certain tools, that I will use only a handful of times, Harbor Freight will be my 1st stop.

Always a good deal to be had, friendly staff, always helpful and the inside track club membership can pay for itself in one visit.
