So easy to get a tag for my plate there without going to the DMV. Always on my daily route! Love it! Just call first so you don't have to wait in his little quaint space.

Not sure if farmers insurance themselves are scam artists or just these guys,either way I would HIGHLY recommend you take your business elsewhere. For me,I wasn't made aware of the tom foolery until AFTER I was involved in a bad accident-resulting in a "total loss."Being that I was young and unexperienced in the insurance world, I tend to believe I was likely an easy target for the non sense,but AFTER I TOTALED my car, and received a payout on said vehicle I was still told I HAD to continue to pay for insurance on that car and did so for months before thinking to mention it to my insurance selling mother who immediately advised me to STOP PAYING THEM,in which I tried. I was then met with alot of fast talking- mumbo jumbo,back and forth with Klockenkemper and Lenny levi insisting that what they were telling me was 100%legit. It was NOT. It took my parents stepping in and intervening in the matter to even get that policy cancelled and my money returned to me.It's been many years now, but I still cringe at the thought of this place. I felt very taken advantage of with these guys,which truly bothered me because I DID initially think they were nice people to do business with,and yet I was proven wrong. Rates were good,but that's not always everything!!

Jim is extremely rude and unprofessional. Called Monday to cancel my insurance with him Monday and was real standoffish and acted like he didn't want to help me. Then today I call and told him that they still took the money out of my account, and once again was really rude and unprofessional and acted like he didn't want to help me and told me to take it up with the company. DO NOT GIVE THIS J*** ANY OF YOUR BUSINESS OR MONEY. He has no problem taking your money, but doesn't want you help you out when the tables have turned. I'd have given zero stars if possible.

Jim is the man! Super nice and friendly, and has an answer for anything! He has done the ttnl work to all of my vehicles. He is way faster than the DMV and you can do everything in one spot.
