It served my needs as a local hotel that was convenient.

They didn’t clean our room while we were out.
Rooms: On one side very small bathrooms and not so bad if you get a room on the hallway by the front desk
Walkability: Burger King, Panera, Goodwill, Dollar Tree, Ulta, and several others across street or next to hotel

Great spot in Kearney, comfy simple room, good gym, and tasty breakfast menu. Simple coffee offering to help you hit the road.
