Been seeing Dr Anthony for years now. I get my DOT physical there every year. He is always very pleasant. I have to get it done soon and I will make the hour drive just to see him. Keep up the great work!!!!

The MRO is using the urine test to keep people from passing their drug test. The urine test is used to discriminate against marijuana smokers. The saliva test that they have is not being offered. MRO Rick claims it is not legal to use but got angry with me f iui r disputing his claim with the provide date of legalization. This practice is disgusting and he should be fired.

They have you come n there n have u sit over a hour just for a drug test, they unprofessional, they don’t care how they talk to the people wait all this time, I wish my job find another contract because they is really slow every time I go to this location

Waited for 3 hours just to get called with only 2 people ahead of me...stay away! Horrible! No one cares!!!Bad service i don’t recommendI wouldn’t recommend this location on the 119th and Cicero to anyone

The staff is great, they take care of you, and make sure you get the treatment you need to get back to work healthy. This is my place of choice with any work injury I have. I know I will get the treatment I need.

This clinic is amazing, I called ahead of time to take my DOT physical 30 minutes before closing and they still took me in. It was a very speedy professional process. I 100% recommend coming here for any of your medical needs I was so impressed with Dr.Anthony!

I've been coming to see Dr.g for many years now for my D.O.T physical. hes a expert and a complete gentleman. hes very understanding and helpful and flexible. may God bless him. we need more people like him. this is the place to go for your D.O.T exam. the current cost is 85 bucks. the office staff is friendly and accommodating
