“It was JOANNA's 5⭐ work ethic that made this run from Houston, TX to Clarksville, AR happen by me. As most brokers are known to just let a load go bad then wait to see what happens - with Joanna, she got in the shippers ear and got things going. Once she saw I had not moved in awhile, she didn't wait to hear from me ... she knew something was wrong and touched bases with me 1st. It is normally 1 sided - the broker wants you to keep them updated on what is happening and that is as far as it goes. Joanna kept me informed on what was happening on her end according to what was happening on mine. Very easy to talk to, and an over all professional mannerism that is above reproach. If more brokers and freight agents of the various types would take heed to Joanna's work ethics - alot of the problems with dry freight would not happen. She has proven to be that one who is 2nd to none, and I can trust that she will be there on that run from start to finish. WELL DONE JOANNA !!!”

“Bobby was incredible from start to finish. I had bad luck for weeks trying to find a company to transport my car from NY to Denver. I had been yelled at, hung up on, told to throw a few more hundred dollars for a better chance, etc etc by other companies. As soon as I called Van3, Bobby jumped on it. Within 2 days, my car was picked up by the nicest gentleman and less than 3 days later, it was dropped off! “I had a good experience working for EM Cargo and very grateful for the opportunity. Whenever I needed help with any issue, I was always supported. I was given a brand new truck for approximately 6 months, which was awesome and had a brand new reefer. The owner is a very professional man. All the staff were great and supportive. I worked as much as I needed to and took breaks (vacations) according to my needs and in line with the company’s policies. Dispatcher was very helpful and supportive, always considered and respected my opinion and preference, when it was appropriate. Compensation was in line with what the market offers and even more than what most companies can afford to offer. Wishing the company all the best.”

“I've been at this company since August of 2022 as an owner operator. I've found the company to be honest and straightforward with me. Which is all I ask. So far I'm happy. Dispatch has never had a problem discussing load pay with me, my settlement is always on time, and if you have a problem with a load there's no forced Dispatch or repercussions for turning down the load. “I seen this on 55th and I was shocked to see it cuz and then I went over there the little girl was in there so nice in the food was good I finally got me a taco pizza I was shocked it was BIG my mama loved that we all said it was like really big for like a normal size person regular fast but it look like a pizza it was so fresh I finally got me some nacho cheese fries yes them amazing just from stalker with the nacho cheese fries so and I finally got my pizza taco pizza so yes that's what I'll be getting for now and the customer service friendly and it was quick and it was smooth and I went through the draft”
