My family and I got into an accident on the road had to get our car fixed and he was nice enough to let us know if the car has hope or it could be fixed, thankful that he gave us hope that the car can still run good. Even though the wait was long because of waiting for parts we didn't mind it since we weren't the only customers there but he was so kind enough that he made sure that we were still able to drive our car back to Canada.
