Once I get my paperwork I open my door and before I can turn around here comes Jose Lutin with my freight and loads my trailer very fast and professional like. He always willing to help me if I need something rearrange to make everything fit. 5 stars to Jose”

“Ok, to start with, I did not rent any trucks or vehicles with U-Haul. I brought my car here to have a hitch installed. Clarence was the man who assisted me. Clarence would call me to clear up questions or to attempt to get my vehicle in earlier than my scheduled time. The only problem I had here was tryin to call Clarence back, the U-Haul phone system always forwarded the call to a centralized U-Haul call center....so that was a little frustrating. BUT, Clarence kept me up to date as to the progress of my install and then he installed the unit in the anticipated time - 2 hours. The job was done neatly, on time and he and the staff at the building were all very courteous. Nice job Clarence, thanks.”
