I initially spoke with Christine from customer service over the phone, emphasizing my need for a climate control unit. Despite double verifying, I was provided with a regular unit instead. Feeling frustrated, I visited the office and spoke with Sarah, who went above and beyond to assist me. Despite my frustration, she remained patient, attentive, and exceptionally kind throughout our interaction. Sarah took the time to explain all the necessary information about my unit and provided clear directions on how to access it. Her professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction truly exemplified world-class service. Thanks to Sarah's outstanding assistance, I left the office feeling confident and satisfied with my experience. Based on the exceptional service provided by Sarah and the team, I would wholeheartedly recommend this location to anyone in need of storage solutions.

Sarah was kool!!! she help me through the process of getting a storage unit , she was helpful and patience(I needed extra help?!!!). We even had a laugh or two about an old skool snack from back in the day!!! I had a positive customer service experience with sarah!!!
