Never bring your business here. They lie, are rude, and can’t give you the same 15 minutes to help as when they are taking your money. I came 1/10/24 for plates and title. In march my temp plate expired and still nothing so I call sec of state and they didn’t receive payment or documents. So they took my money and didn’t send it in! I came in seeing for help, they say give a day. I come back they say give a day. I come back and Nicole says she doesn’t need to help and closes the window. Had to call the police on her and made the phone call that was so hard to do. After 4 months 4 visits and a 911 call I got what I paid for.

Unable to exchange a money for another money or Refund after police has a statement attached . Nicole sated the owner has to approve, the owner didn’t even look to see what proof of ownership/ purchase I had. Which was my bank statement and policy statement also, they can see themselves the money in fact was never cashed. I will be going to the bbb . Nicole is rude and the owner doesn’t care at all. No way I should be getting this treatment.

Nicole and the owner are both unprofessional. I asked to have a money refundEd via phone Nicole stated I had to have proof of purchase or the owners okay. i then noticed I had my bank statement along with statement from police upon me going into the office today the ow wouldn't look at the proof I had and now I drive almost and hour to my credit union just to deposit this money order when the actual currency could had help. poor service.

Got here to the currency exchange at 6:54 the girl working inside sees me walking up and closes the door and turns off the lights 6 mins before closing, now I have worked customer service before and that is not it, like how long would it have took you to make a money order for me.

I forget the lady's name(white lady) I know she is the notirizer) I went yesterday to get my plates( she is awesome) also she did it fast. I will never see the dmv again. Forget her name but I will be coming in tomorrow to get my papers notirized by her! 10 ⭐️ s
