Brandon the front desk guy was very accommodating. My family and I got into an accident on the road had to get our car fixed and he was nice enough to let us know if the car has hope or it could be fixed, thankful that he gave us hope that the car can still run good. Even though the wait was long because of waiting for parts we didn't mind it since we weren't the only customers there but he was so kind enough that he made sure that we were still able to drive our car back to Canada. The whole team who fixed our van today, thank you very much for getting our van fixed. May God bless you all. The owner must be so good to deserve good staff.

As unprofessional as they come, does nothing but waste your time. Find someone that actually cares about their customers, plenty of good shops around to give your hard earned money to.

Took my car in because of engine light on. They fixed it by removing the light from the dashboard and crank it and glued it back in place. And never said anything. $400.00 found out because never passed code

My husband and I brought our car into this shop for a full tuneup; coils, plugs, air filter, and an oil change. They told us it was going to be about $600. We come to find out that they didn’t change the oil and only replaced 1 of the 4 coil packs. They still charged us $600!! Then they charged us $280 for 1 coil pack when they only cost $70 per coil pack. I would never recommend coming back to this place! Plus they read our computer wrong and wrote up that our car was a 2.0 L when it is a 1.4 L turbo. Two completely different engines and any legitimate shop should have caught this mistake. Now our car is running horribly again, and we have to now pay out even more money to have a legitimate shop fix their error. I wouldn’t even give this shop 1 star but we don’t have the option to give ZERO stars. My parents also have brought their car here and they will not be coming back to this place either due to the negligence of how much money they scammed out of us. Had someone actually known what they were doing? We wouldn’t be out this much money for something that should have been done right in the first place!!

Went out of their way to help me and my mother as we were passing through and having immediate vehicle issues. They offered advice after a scan just in case the problem began again and I'm sure they'd be surprised, but it fixed the issue! Wonderful people! Great job Mt. Greenwood Auto Repair!!

My brakes were rubbing and I brought it in to have them check it and they said that while the back breakes would need to be done it wasn't necessary yet. At least they were honest about it. Also they quoted me a price and stuck by it. I will definitely use them again.

I took it to Midas because my car was idling loudly. They told me $1800 for the new exhaust system and right front ball joints. I said, "no thank you." As they audaciously asked me, "did I want to get something done today?"I asked my dad, and he recommended MT Greenwood. I tried them because he goes there regularly. They took my car in and here's what I ACTUALLY needed:-O2 sensors (top and bottom)-flex pipe-front calipers-brake lines-brake pads and rotorsAll of that for $1500. It was a steal and when I ignited my car, it was as silent as the purr of a cat. No more loud idle! On top of that, I didn't know that my front tires were dragging when I broke. My brake lines were rusted out and now my car brakes sharply.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️They got me right without braking the bank!Services: Auto engine diagnostic

Dishonest group of mechanics will claim you need parts replaced to jack up the price and half do the work, got charged for oil and a filter among other things and both were still filthy when I retrieved my vehicle AVOID AT ALL COSTS

They are awful SCAMMERS!! Had a "service power steering" light on. My steering got hard and made it difficult to turn. Went on YouTube to see what it could be. Many videos suggested that many times the issue can be solved by resetting the code with a scanner. I took it to this mt. Greenwood shop cause I couldn't do it myself. They told me I needed a rack and pinion and pump and it was gonna cost $2000. I told them not to work on it and paid them the $180 for the diagnosis.. it turns out it really only needed a code reset. This shop is very dishonest. STAY AWAY!Service: General repairs & maintenance
