“I just moved to the south suburbs and switched from Hoffman Estates Clinic (Hines VA) to the Chicago Heights Clinic (Jesse Brown VA) just TWO months ago.Long story short I have never had issues with the Hines VA network for merely 27 years, however for a lack of better words I DO NOT suggest any clinic affiliated with Jessie Brown VA.As a result I switched to the Oaklawn VA Clinic and met my new doctor today. Both my doctor and nurse gave me the care thar I have enjoyed over the last 27 years from the Hines Network!”

“I see mixed reviews but my personal experience was great. Haven’t had a blood test in over 15 years. Was very nervous. I checked in with the kiosk and scanned my ID and insurance card. In less than 5 minutes I was called back. The Tech was very nice and I literally couldn’t tell I was getting my blood drawn she was so gentle. No pain whatsoever. I will come back if I ever need more blood work.”

“I needed to get my blood drawn for a second time after there was a discrepancy from the first package that was sent. A lovely woman named Leslie took care of me by calling me the night before to make sure I had the correct time and address. This was the last big blood drawn before the surgery. My beautiful sister drove me to be my support. ?♀️The facility was very clean and simple to find with plenty of parking. The waiting area is pretty roomy and they have a water fountain if you’re thirsty.There was a huge dispenser of hand sanitizer on their front counter as soon as you finish signing in you can sanitize your hands.After everything was complete, the geese helped guide us back to our car. Overall the process was quick, painless, and memorable thank you so much for your good work, painless and quick blood drawn, along with your kind words of encouragement.❤️”

“I only see Nora when I come to this location I cannot speak to the experiences from the rest of the staff, but Nora is amazing, she will find your vein in a second and have you out of there before you can count to 10. I have been told in the past I am a hard stick Nora laughs at that. She is simply incredible at her job.”

“My 19 yr. Old passed out as soon as he was stuck. Marcella was awesome. Maria helped and they took his care of him. Marcella was determined to complete the draw if that's what we wanted, so we got him into a position that was safe if he passed out again and she got it done! So glad we didn't have to come back and do it all again another day. They got him a granola bar and Sprite too! They went above and beyond!”

“My healthcare insurance covers lab work done by Quest Diagnostics very well, so that is where I go. The closest one to my home is within the Wal-Mart in Country Club Hills, IL. I usually go when Quest opens up, and then do some shopping afterwards. On my last appointment at Quest I did get a sore arm from a blood draw and iced it when I got home. The swelling went down promptly. When I received a follow-up questionnaire from Quest after the appointment I did report the sore arm saga. I will return to this Quest Diagnostics in the future given the insurance coverage benefit.”
