I encountered yet another instance of a non-functional washing machine. Despite my repeated attempts to report the issue, the company has consistently been dismissive, rude, and has failed to provide any refunds or take action to repair or replace the faulty units. This prolonged inconvenience has not only affected my ability to do laundry but has also resulted in financial losses as the company refuses to issue refunds.

I was left in limbo with what to do with my washer as it had locked up on me leaving me to do laundry at the local laundromat until I could get someone out to check the unit. Unfortunately, they were not able to get parts for 6-8 weeks, maybe, and having a new unit delivered was not available until after the 4th of July. Yikes!I then decided to go back to Harry Miller for a new washer and dryer based on my previous shopping experience with them.I was greeted by Sharon and she informed me of the Speed Queens. I was impressed with the made in America as well as the parts and labor warranty. That spoke volumes over what I just experienced with my Maytag Bravos XL, which were only 6 years old! I was concerned as I was currently looking at potentially a week or two on delivery. That was not the case. The items were in stock and ready to be delivered by Wednesday, keep in mind this was Friday when I went to the store and they were able to deliver them the following Wednesday. Thank goodness!The store had called me with a window of when I should expect the delivery the day before my delivery on Wednesday. The team of 3 showed up, hauling my old units away and set up the new ones with instructions on utilization. They were so polite and very professional. After the team had left, I decided to do a load of laundry that was previously done with my Maytag Bravos XL. I had to lift the lid to check the water as it was washing my clothes. The water was slightly cloudy telling me that my Maytag Bravos XL was not cleaning my clothes! Unbelievable!I have noticed a decline in customer service since the Covid pandemic, but not with Harry Miller!Thanks to Sharon @ Harry Miller, I now have a new washer and dryer that actually cleans my laundry.Thank you so much!

I've been buying my appliances from Henry Miller for decades and it's always been a great value and experience until today - I went in to replace my malfunctioning dishwasher and inquired about a specific model and the price that was brought back to me was above retail and when I pointed out that it was over 300 dollars cheaper everywhere else - the salesman got quite animated and rude and just walked away from me as he made comments - sorry, but you just lost a very longtime customer and my entire network of referrals I send thereReply to owner: Then I will call him a liar - I merely brought up the significant price difference between you and everywhere else which I stated I was quite surprised by and his demeanor and body language immediately changed and his tone became unpleasant - he didn't simply suggest I go for the better deal - he did it in an aggressive, loud and belligerent manner as he stormed away

We are an established laundromat in Michigan. We purchased 6 dryers from Harry Miller. All 6 dryers have had issues since the day after installation. Electrolux dryers to be exact. They have not honored the warranty and refuse to refund our money. The dryers have a lint build up problem and lint builds up in hard-to-reach places, around blower motor and around seals, and other areas. The lint falls down under the rollers and causes the drum to jump and make noise. Seals are falling apart and dropping down under the wheels. The dryers were installed not square, so there are other issues with these dryers. The dryers are a hazard. They also were not installed correctly. Very unsatisfied with the product and service. Think before purchase.

My oven stopped working before Christmas. Jose from Harry Miller Appliances, walked me through on how to install an igniter. He was awesome and I appreciate his assistance. This place is great and I had a great experience each time I've gone there. I will definitely be spreading the word about this place ?! Thanks to the entire team.

Harry Miller Appliance is a hidden gem. The sales staff had exactly what we needed at a great price. We were unsure about measurements and the salesman came right to the house to accurately measure to verify the appliance would fit. Who does that?I highly recommend Harry Miller Appliance and Joe in sales!

In and out! These guys had just what I needed to get my fridge back up and running at an honest price. The in-house parts department has a lot in stock and the two gentleman working were very helpful. Give em a call, they might have what you need!
