I have never had a good experience with them as a vendor and stopped ordering from them ages ago.
That said, I have been trying to get them to pick up their empty CO2 tanks for well over a year and can't even get a response, let alone it seems, my deposit back.
Also, Sysco offers the same products they do but cheaper.

Very, very slow. Here at night, stupid yard dog parked it where the LEDs are shining right into my truck. Thanks. Then they broke one of my load locks.

Avoid picking up a load here at all costs. They take forever to get you a door and forever to load you. One of the worst places to load in the Chicago area.

Consider this one star a review an invoice for $4.39 for a Diet Coke at the Midway airport. It’s messed up that con-artists like Reyes and Enron get away this kind of thing.

I am a coke retailer, i have been trying to place an order for 5 months. each and every time i call for an order i am referred to another person who will relate it to another team who handles, my account, no response, I asked to speak to a manager, he is it appears, incompetent and resopnsible for the mishaps or a aloof coward who is afraid of the truth.
