People in the shipping office are super nice , as long as you have your pick up number and clean trailer you shouldn't have a problem here at all. Also the forklift guys are awesome.

Checked in, loaded, and rolling within half an hour. Easy to get to if you get on Cicero from I294. Pilot about 5 minutes away on streets if you need to scale.

Shipper was super nice . Appointment at 12:00 pm arrived at location 11:02 am got the door 11:07 am and trailer unloaded at 11:35 am. Loader’s are super fast. Overnight parking available and alot of space for backup.

Arrived at 10 am for 11 am pickup appointment , got loaded by 1 pm which is good . But then waited for BOL until 5:30 pm that day and then pulled him off of the load . Other trucks been sitting there for 3-4 hours still not loaded, drivers are angry .

Very slow , if ABBA logistics or any other broker sent you 2am app don't accept it , working hours from 8am-4pm .

No permanant gate, can just pull in park in a dock overnight and be here for an am appt.

Nice Place as well as Nice people. Unloading in 15-20 mins(In time = 9:30 A:M and Out time = 9:45 A:M).
