I’m not from this area, I actually live in NW Indiana but sometimes come out this way for work. This is by far the best DD I’ve been too, besides the location in Munster, IN. No matter how busy they are, the line always moves fast, my drinks are always made well, my food is always done fresh (I get the avocado toast) and the toast is crispy but not burnt. Anywhere else the avocado toast is usually soggy or cold. But not at this location. The employees are always so friendly and nice. Never had an issue ever. All I know is that the DD locations in NW Indiana need to take some lessons from the management/staff at the Alsip location because they’re doing something right. Wish I could get this type of service at the other locations. Good job! ?

The morning staff are great! Food is good, coffee is made to my liking all the time. They always have a smile and willing to accommodate. Awesome job!

This Dunkin closes whenever they want. We got there before closing hours only to find out they had already cleaned and closed up. If you are supposed to be open until 7 then you should be open until 7. Sad.

You guys are not doing. You best. Why am I waiting in line for 30 min at the intercom with not one person checking in for an order. Why do you guys not have a sense of urgency. Check cam it was 2:30pm when I arrived and now 3:14pm. No way you all are moving that slow. Service sucks! No wonder your parking lot is empty. Who ever reads this make sure you don't waste your time. The audacity.

The girl who took care of us this morning was THE MOST IGNORANT person I have ever dealt with. I ordered an Extra Large coffee with just cream. She takes my DD card and it took a while before she came back. When she finally came back she was handing me an extra large iced coffee. I told her I ordered an Extra Large Coffee just cream. She then gets very irate and says " Well that's not what you paid for". She told me I just paid for a large coffee and do I want to pay the difference. I told her to just give me what I paid for then. The worker behind her was handing her an Extra Large coffee and she threw it back to her and told her that I didn't pay for an extra large that I just paid for a large. I finally get my large coffee and leave. When I started drinking it it was a coffee with cream and SUGAR. To say the least, I didn't to have any coffee this morning and will never visit THAT DD again. To many DD's around to go to where they don't treat you like you're dirt.
