I went in for a Cpap mask fitting and Kari was really awesome and she picked out the perfect mask for me. Kari explained step by step very well and she was able to explain how everything works very clearly.

In regards to delivery, once details were hashed out, delivery was quick. Dave, our delivery man and installer, was knowledgeable and efficient. He endeared himself with my elderly mom when he was patient and thorough as she asked many questions about the product.

We went in for a cpap mask fitting and Kari helped us pick the perfect one . She also has extreme knowledge on the device and gave us detail information on how to use it. Would highly recommended anyone needing a cpap machine to contact her .

I removed my original review. This is a decent supplier of CPAP supplies, except for their contractors who handle reorder calls. The in-house staff is excellent and helpful.
My issue was that my insurance changed, and the reorder suddenly became more expensive. I talked to their reorder staff, and they were rude and refused to help me understand the costs and how my insurance played a role.
Later, a "respiratory manager" reached out, and they were extremely helpful and understanding.
All-in-all, it's a good place to order your supplies through insurance.
If I could give feedback directly to management, it'd be to stop contracting out your customer support. Even if it hurts profits, keep it in house. You'll have happier clients and happier employees.

I've been getting supplies for my insulin pump from Doubek for years, and they make everything so easy! A single 2-minute phone call twice a year gets me everything I need, and everyone who works there is smart, friendly and so professional. Highly recommend!

I was newly diagnosed with sleep apnea and not looking forward to using a sleep machine! Karen was knowledgeable and helpful in helping me through the process of picking out a mask that I was comfortable with and also explained how to use the machine and answering all my questions to where I felt comfortable using it on my own. I also felt that Doubek had the support available to me if I needed it. I feel confident in using my new machine and will be dealing with this company in the future. I highly recommend them!

Doubek provides expedient service. Setup with new equipment went smooth with Kati. Drew provides excellent customer service. Always! They coordinate with my doctor and insurance and have equipment and supplies available. Lisa offers quick review of usage to meet compliance requirements. Exceptional use of technology tools to meet all communication needs. Highly recommend!

I have used Doubek for a couple of years and the only person that solves any issues is Tonya. She is helpful, informative and always goes above and beyond. I first thought she was a manager since she was knowledgeable and quick to resolve any issues I have. There was more than once where she was able to communicate with my doctor's office to get a referral expedited. She is a gift to Doubek. If it wasn't for her, I would have looked elsewhere for a different medical company.
