I called and got a price over the phone for a new radiator replacement. The price was in the ballpark of another radiator quote and Cool Rite is closer so I had my vehicle towed there a couple hours before they closed. The owner said they would work on it the following day. I asked the owner to call me with a price after they had time to look at it so I wouldn't be surprised with a new total. He said that he would. The evening of the next day I called to see if they had had time to look at it and he said it was all done and I could pick it up. He told me the cost had gone up 10% more because it needed 4 quarts more Trans fluid then they had anticipated, which was exactly why I wanted an updated estimate in the first place (1 star deducted). All in all it was a pleasant experience and she drives like a champ and is warranted for 1 year.

I spend thousands of dollars here and still have problems with my jeep wrangler the last time I had it there I spent 2k almost. They had it parked in the back where the car has a lot of glue stuff all on it messed up the paint on the vehicle I been going there for the past 10 years or more I called and told them my brake lines went out again and there's glue stuff on the vehicle which now I have to get a new paint job all he told me was bring it in never again will ever go there and they charge same as the dealer does !!!! ,if you love your car don't take it there moral to story !!! II also had high idol which supposedly they fixed it and I payed 2 timess and still not fixed they definitely owe me cause they got over on me !!

SHADY CROOKS!!! Took my minivan in gave me an estimate close to $1000.00 to replace 3 parts.Felt something wasn’t right. Went to a different shop got an estimate for $300.00 to replace 2 parts which were different from the parts they said needed to be replaced.Both brothers that run this shop are shady crooks! I’ve been going there for years and getting ripped off thank goodness I decided to get an estimate somewhere else.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My niece and I were referred by Mr Nard's Auto Repair Shop, on Williams St. in Thornton IL. My niece's Nissan Murano needed repairs to it's cooling system. Cool Rite fixed the problem expeditiously and for a good price.
