I went through their car wash and the rear spoiler of my truck was ripped completely off the truck. I was instructed to fill out form and manager would contact me. As stated in many of their reviews, they deny any liability for any claims. Myself and many of my friends and relatives go here, but not anymore. The income they lose will more than cover the cost of repairs.Interesting business model refusing any damages caused by your business,saying the air blew off your parts. Many of the reviews state the same issue.Stay away from any business that operates in this manner.

FIRST AND LAST time going to this car wash. On July 2nd 2023 we made a quick stop to this carwash before heading on the expressway to buy fireworks for my kids. Once we parked at the firework shop my husband noticed the cover of the sideview mirror on the passenger side (i was driving) was not there. I immediately called the Carwash and spoke with Mohammed, told him i was there 30min ago and if he could look for this part. After he put me on hold to look for the part he said it is here. I asked if it was scratched or broken and he said no it is fine. He said to come to the office to get it from him. Once there Mohammed gave me the part and i immediately noticed the hinges to connect to the main mirror were broken off. I asked him what could i do and he said i can make a report in which we did that same day. The next day I received a call from Manager Caden in which he said they reviewed the footage and the part blew off at the end when the dryers were drying the car so the part was probably broken already. I told Caden i would like to review the footage as that is impossible as the part was not broken to begin with. Caden told me i had 2 options, 1. to go through my insurance to request the footage (which i am not as my deductible would be more than what that part would cost) or 2. Write an e-mail through their website and request the footage for a fee. After i hung up with Caden i sent an email for the footage, that was July 3rd. Yesterday since i did not hear back at all i called and left a vm and sent another email. I get a call today July 26th from Mike stating that he received an e-mail from higher ups to tell me that the only way to view the footage is to go through my insurance. What cowardice to hide behind an employee instead of calling me and doing things the right way. What a shame on this Company, its service and its management.

Not to happy. Prices were up to $15 and not even a tire shine , is to expensive already just for a single wash, Wash U Carwash on 84 and Cicero for $11 still a complete wash whit tire and rims armor all .....

The people that work hear are the only thing that makes this place bearable. The line for the car wash is very confusing and dangerous when it's busy.

Great facility. Rarely a long line. The added matt cleaner and free air freshners are a great bonus.

I pass carwashes just to get to this one. Even with rainy weather approaching, you can still find a crowd here. No prob, because the automation magic of it all helps to keep things moving. In, out, and soon on your way again.

Amazing of how shiny my car is after a wash. Also, tomorrow is Valentine's and their LED sign os flashing " We Love You". I love it!!!

Pretty standard wash, I love the free air freshener. I try to go at odd times to beat the wait. Haven't used the free vacuums yet but probably will once the weather warms up
