Thanks ? so Much Irving, for helping me replace my battery in my car. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about the type of battery I needed. Irving was passionate in regards all things cars lol he even noticed that I had some struts done . I was like how does this guy know this. Thanks so much and I will be back if I need anything else. Ten out of 10 !!! Whoop ??

Very professional employees. Stopped here for a few parts and fuel line started leaking. Joshua was amazing letting us use tools we needed that we didn't have. Me and my buddy are from Mississippi and all we can say is thank you. We felt good knowing we was able to get it fixed. You rock Joshua keep that good vibe going.

Shoutout to Irving who answered some questions I had about using a code reader and figuring out my check engine light situation. ?? He even offered for me to go to Alsip with my code reader and he’d be willing to help me figure it out. Great customer service.

Luz put our headlights in so fast. We had worked on putting them in the Honda fit for hours on end. We ended up losing the bulbs down into the car and had to get more. Luz got them in so fast. She’s a blessing! I can’t highly praise her enough!!!

My fender cover came off and plate light went out. I am very clueless when it comes to cars. Kris C. helped me find the fender parts. I showed him one piece and he went right to the section where those parts were. He then asked to see my car to see how many was missing. He put my plate lights in and put my fender cover back on. This level of customer service was unmatched. Kris C. needs a raise and promotion. He didn’t have to help but he went the extra mile! Thank you.

Kris C. provided me with exceptional customer service. Not only did Kris change the tale light bulb but he also took the time to explain and fix my remote key starter to my car. I really appreciated this because no one else was able to help me. He was awesome! Great employee to have on your team. I will recommend others to shop at this Auto Zone. Thank you greatly! Shoutout to Kris who helped me out today! Needed the AC refill and he took the time to explain the difference between products so I can make an educated purchase. Without asking, he explained how to use the product and I’m glad he did because I didn’t know what I was doing. Thanks for your help today! You made the ride to Valpo bearable.
