Had my car repaired and they even fixed a small dent the size of a baseball on the other side that is not related! I could not believe they fixed it for me for free. I was asking different shops and one quoted 3k for paint over, 5k for replacing the panel (panel over front wheel).I think the owner is genuinely kind and not out there to charge anything more than what it really costs. My impression is that the business is honest and ethical. Strongly recommend!

My car needed a lot of work! Chris and his crew did everything right! I was hesitant at first because I was afraid of being ripped off but they were very honest and made dealing with the insurance company easy!Even my encounter with the towing company they sent was great! C&M Towing came for my car when they said they would, pricing was fair, and included with my insurance which I didn’t know but Chris understood my policy and did everything he could to help me out. Plus, the tow guy was really really nice!!I left with my car looking brand new and feeling confident in the work that was done. I highly recommend A&C to anyone that wants quality work!

Came to this shop to have my vehicle repaired. The manager quoted me a price of 6k. I asked if we could use old parts from a junk yard, etc. He said no the frame is damaged. SO I LEFT AC COLLISION AND Took the vehicle to another body shop found out there's no frame damage. Cost me $80.00 to purchase the part and $150.00 for labor with a 3 year warranty on the part from bumper city in Chicago Heights, IL. Body shop/mechanic shop we went to was amazing. Prices were fair took his time and I have a great vehicle now. Runs great! DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP AC COLLISION FRAUD!!!! OVER CHARGES!!!Photos of before when the vehicle was hit and after where we went to another shop. THE COMPLETED WORK ON THIS VEHICLE WAS NOT DONE BY AC COLLISION BUT FROM ANOTHER SHOP.Replying to the Owner's response: THE FACT REMAINS NONE OF YOUR STATEMENTS ARE TRUE. PHOTOS ARE PROOF. LIFE IS GREAT. THIS WAS NOT AN INSURANCE CLAIM BUDDY. YOU'RE GETTING YOUR CUSTOMERS MIXED UP. DONT GO TO THIS SHOP! TAKE CARE SIR

I was in a very bad accident and had my Chevy Equinox brought here. It looked good as new after A&C Collision was able to help! Very professional, honest, and reliable customer service. They were able to immediately assist me and got my repairs fixed in a very quick and timely manner. I will only be using them from now on for they do excellent work and communicate promptly!

This shop is one of the best around! They are a wonderful family-owned business that has helped me out numerous times in my many car crisis'.They rebuilt my transmission in a timely and affordable manner, made the front of my car look as if it were brand new, after my minor accident (not to mention even towed my car for a reasonable price and time), as well as set me up with new Tires, Brakes, Shocks, and Struts. I highly recommend them 10/10 for all your car needs. They do not dissappoint! ?
