I’ve been here multiple times now and every time I have been greeted and helped right away, I don’t always look foward to going there but when I have to I know I’ll be taken care of.

My wife and I went in to Renew our internet plan. Ended up switching our phone plan to Xfinitym my wife got a brand new iphone 14 plus, I got a brand new lg 5g stylus. We both kept our number from separate accounts. Our totals are 59 for super high speed internet a month and 75 for our phone bill and service. Couldn't be happier with Jason, our provider never once tryin to upsell or waste our time. Someone give this man a raise!

I returned my router to this store and received a paper receipt, then started receiving calls months later from debt collectors saying Comcast had reported my account for unreturned equipment. I've been dealing with weekly calls from two different debt collectors for six months, over a router which Xfinity has had in their possession this entire time. Customer support is impossible to get hold of (live agent sends you to a voice assistant, who sends you back to a live agent). I would absolutely never recommend Comcast after this experience. They made a mistake that I've had to deal with for half a year now, and I can't even get hold of someone on the phone to fix it. Absolutely awful service.

Worst store ever. Worst customer service ever. I have never seen such rude and lazy customer service representative in my life. I got Xfi pods online but it didnt work for me and i went to return here since this is the nearest xfinity store. The representative told me he cannot even find the product on my account when its showing clearly on my bill. They are telling me since i bought it online they cannot do anything about it. This is the third time i went after speaking to customer service on the call. I wish the store run down. I will never step in this store ever again.

Wow. Just wow. I just want to start off with I am so thankful for Tim and his team ??I’ve been having a horrible time lately with Xfinity and the phone customer service/help lines. Ive been treated horribly. Told different things by several different people. My bill would randomly get increases out of no where. I was getting charged for “old equipment” I already sent back. It was crazy.To top it off, when I went to use my internet the other day, THEY DEACTIVATED MY SERVICE!!! I had ZERO internet out of NO WHERE!! I was ready to give up with Xfinity at that point. I had been a loyal client for more than 3 years and it was baffling what had happened!!I went in today to pretty much drop Xfinity and return my box, but I was helped by Tim, and I’m sure he sensed I was very upset and truly, I was just sad and defeated at this point. Tim was even confused by what the heck these people did!! We were both baffled that they just decided to turn off my service with no reasoning. I did not ask did that! There was nothing in my notes about the NEW modem they sent me when I returned my old one (the one they were trying to charge me for), so the white modem I brought in, Tim didn’t even see in my account. It was a mess!! But Tim quickly brought me back on board and made everything VERY clear and easy for me. Not only was I treated nicely , I think above and beyond honesty, I was given an AMAZING deal! So amazing I left with a new and updated internet package, but I also the deal was so great I switched phone companies and even left with a brand new phone as well! So bye bye Verizon :)I was paying $131 for JUST my phone bill through Verizon (that was only ONE line) , and then $75-100 a month through Xfinity (changed because they would randomly always add random fees and take them off when I’d call) —-I left today paying less than $131 for internet AND a brand new iPhone 14 Pro Max. I was also able to leave the store, come home and plug my new modem in, go through the simple “active now” steps on the app, and within 10 minutes my internet was back up and running. I am so happy at the experience and the pricing that I will be back to get an Apple Watch soon :)I was like is this too good to be true?!?! But it’s not! Tim explained everything to me, and his coworker chimed in and gave me details as well to help me understand everything (especially because I was very weary switching phone carriers). They were not pushy AT ALL. they were understanding, patient, caring, made me feel safe and happy in my decision. I am so happy I took the time to go to the store and get help in person. Not only was it less stressful and quicker, but Tim and his team were just outstanding people and wonderful at their jobs.I can say 2 things. !1. I will never, ever use Xfinitys customer service via phone unless I HAAAAAVEEEE to.2. I am so thankful for Tim and his help today. It’s crazy how kindness and some patience/understanding can go a LONG way.Give that man a raise !!!!!!

If you need to return your equipment, don’t bother doing it at the store. They got rid of returning your equipment at the door. Now you got stand around the store and wait for everybody in front of you to deal with their problems before you can return your equipment. Absolutely ridiculous customer service.

I can't find a number for the store answer my call the number or press call it keeps connecting me to Xfinity Comcast when I asked Xfinity Comcast customer service for this store's number they keep transfer me to person to person it really irritates me I don't get why the store don't have a regular 224-847 freaking store number my irritation level has maxed out trying to get a hold of this freaking place

This shop is great. I got to work with Kevin and he helped me a lot, from returning my equipment to helping me swap plans. Really felt welcomed the second I came in, and felt satisfied leaving.

Stopped by this store today to port my number over from Verizon. The staffer helping me was Zander, and the process was fairly quick and easy. Unfortunately, I had to come back half an hour later when my phone stopped working and was told by the rude guy at the door to get in line, even though I explained that I had just been there and my new service was non-functional. Waited almost an hour, but when Zander returned from his break he was super apologetic, got on the phone with tech support and had things sorted in a few minutes. Suggestion to management that some customer service training might be a good idea for the rest of the staff.

I AM SO SICK OF XFINITY IN GENERAL! I JUST GOT ANOTHER TXT THAT MY SERVICE WILL BE OUT AGAIN TOMORROW. 3RD X WITHIN THE MONTH. YOU CAN NEVER TALK TO A HUMAN EITHER! DONT WASTE YOUR $$ WITH THEM. WHENEVER I CAN GET ANOTHER OPTION IM OUT! IT IS SUCH A MONOPOLY
