DO NOT conduct business with this store. Their associates are dishonest and have no problem committing fraudulent tactics. Steve in particular comes off as sincere, but he’ll give you equipment (if the power goes out), yet fail to inform you that you’re buying that equipment. Should you cancel your service, you’ll be charged $175 for said equipment that he made seem like a “throw in”. Moreover, he will fail to inform you that you’ll be charged an early termination fee. At no time did he inform me I was entering into a contract that involved termination fees. He made it seem that he was simply getting me the best promotional rate.

This store is always very helpful and professional. The manager, assistant manager, and Karisma stayed with me until my issue was resolved. We just moved to the area and so happy to know I have a great Xfinity store to go to when I need help.

They overcharge and refuse to correct their billing mistake. Online representatives say it will be corrected and reimbursed in 'next' billing cycle, that never comes. In-store representatives say there is nothing they can do. Xfinity Mobile is a fraud.

We had to return a new router that would not connect. The person at the store in Algonquin who spoke with us was very disrespectful first to my wife and then to me. His response after we returned the old and the new routers was that they would sue us. Unbelievable. Will never even consider Xfinity again.

Stopped in the Xfinity store this morning to exchange our remotes and boxes. Was greeted at the front and within minutes I was able to exchange all my equipment, and when I arrived home was able to hook up easily. Would highly recommend this store.

I have been a comcast customer for over 30 years and have been out of work for 6 weeks and they can't extend a payment for 2 weeks to when I can pay the 300.00 that is owed. They cut off services because the new billing started on June 12th. They also disconnected my services 3 times in the past even though I had a payment on file and in place. So done with this company.

Out of the 5 people working this Saturday, only 2 were actually seen working. The man at the entrance who greeted me and the woman assisting a customer were the only ones visibly engaged in their duties. The other 3 employees seemed preoccupied with Facebook and Snapchat, appearing too busy to attend to their tasks. I was only able to receive assistance after inquiring about the wait time. While I acknowledge that it is a weekend and productivity may be lower, having 3 employees not actively working does not appear to be a wise utilization of company time.

Satan himself runs this company. Rude, crude and socially unacceptable. The Comcast Xfinity crime family. You didn't clear $121 Billion dollars last year by being nice to your customers thats for sure. Shame on you!
