“I have always liked Jcpenny. My first memory of that store is when I was 9 and we went to their parking lot to see the fourth of July fireworks. Then every time we went there I would ask if there will be fireworks. But the shopping there was always fun.”

“I was looking for active tops for pickleball. Apparently, I'm behind in the season because the selection in my sizes (usually M, but occasionally S or L) was limited, but I did find some and a pair of capri leggings in a great (and subtle) pattern. There are almost always good sales and today was 20% off everything, even already discounted.”
“Very happy with the fit of most of their tops. They have a decent selection of items for casual, work & going out. Nice fitting rooms & friendly staff. I've ordered online several times & pick up in store, shipping is free.”

She helped me with sizing and finding things in store that I appreciated and working with me during the checkout process. She is the best! I am definitely going to be shopping at Loft more often.”
“Friendly helpful staff. Clearance section is very big. I wish they organized their products better by size. I tried looking for jeans a few times and they aren’t folded well to show the sizes easily. You have to open and unfold them to find the size. Plus they don’t have a big variety of sizes. The style i wanted was only available in long and had numerous quantity of long and short. Nothing regular. Because of this I order online and return in store which is very easy.”

My experience. I get to the cash register looking at cologne and she immediately start pointing out her person faves. After this she then asks me if I would like to look online to save me an additional 20% on each item. Of course I said yes. Two of my items she couldn’t do without them being shipped, so we went ahead with the online order so I received 20% on all of my items. It’s small gestures like these that make me feel appreciated, and can rate 5 stars based on her customer service level. Great job Kari!! Thanks for helping me and saving me some money around the holidays :)”
“I stop in time to time for cute shirts and summer dresses and keep meaning to leave a nice review. All the girls and manager hat work there are very sweet. The store is always neat, they have a bathroom. Clothes are cheap and good for vacation wear.”

“I've been to this store a few times with my 13yo daughter. Nice store, always clean, organized. Today I went for a quick return to store credit and was impressed with my checkout experience. Charlie was working and speaking to the customer in front of me. He was very engaged, high energy and called the teen customer 'boss'. I thought that was outgoing of him. Charlie then acknowledged myself next in line. He greeted me with that same excited energy through the return process. Charlie was not a robot employee working. He is excited and chatting with customers. He asked if I was done running errands for the night and hoped I had a great evening. This young man who is about 17 was so engaging. Great job! ??????”

You can get a bargain there, although not dirt cheap. That is because they have many upscale brands. Staff super friendly. Easy parking.”
