This Walgreens is ran by children. At 7:04 the pharmacist opened her window to tell my husband “I’m closed” Well they said no to an antibiotic to treat a child with strep throat and has a high temperature. 0/10. What a kindergarten

This pharmacy sucks IF YOU CAN EVEN GET THEM TO TAKE YOU OFF HOLD they just answer and put me back on hold, answer then RIGHT back to hold, answer then right back to hold. REPEAT. Now if I show up in person instead and complain everyone would be all upset. Pathetic

The worst pharmacy experience ever. Waited 30 minutes past my appointment for my Covid test while two of the staff coddled a woman they obviously know before she went on her shopping trip. Stated I was there for a Covid test and sat down. The woman didn’t even look at me when I told her why I was there. Screams out my address as I approached the register and I told her 2x that address is incorrect. Went to sit back down again. Same woman they cuddled with sat and was taken for a flu shot I guess. I sat and waited some more until finally my name was called. I saw the envelope the ashier had stating I owed more than the $19.99 I was told because she charged me for a Covid test and flu shot. I told her I wasn’t there for a flu shot. All this to say, if they had only spoken to me and not spent so much time socializing we could have cleared up the error before she prepared everything. Not sure how I was blamed for scheduling wrong when my total was on my appointment for $19.99. The cashier was awful, unprofessional as she had a hissy fit when I told her I wasn’t there for a flu shot. Do your damn job. People come to you for assistance e cause they’re sick or need care. If you don’t like dealing with that, find another job. Oh and a 30 minute rapid test is a 3 hour turnaround. They should shut this place down!

I checked Google i thought they closed at 11. The closing staff is always closing early. People get off work late and need things. They'd stay closing 10-15 minutes early

If I could rate this store a zero I would. Angie is so rude and makes me feel SUPER uncomfortable. Super creepy.. Follows me all around the store. Katilyn complaining and cussing loyal customers out about doing HER job. This store needs to do better about respecting customers .

This pharmacy is horrible, especially the drive up. Expect 15 minutes per vehicle. Keep getting calls to pick up my prescriptions but who has 45 minutes to wait? I switched to the Walgreens on Randall and Algonquin and they are way way quicker.

I’ve filled my prescriptions with Walgreens for over 20+ years. Sadly, that came to an end this year after experiencing increasingly-atrocious service.Getting someone on the phone is an act of God. They’re frequently out of medication, making patients wait for a delivery. Antibiotics need to be given ASAP. Patients can’t wait a week to fill critical medications. Constant insurance issues and delays that don’t occur anywhere else.I’ve also noticed the quality of the medication has gone down. Walgreens seems to source the cheapest offering available. It’s become more and more common. Other pharmacies have no issues sourcing QUALITY generics.If you plan to pickup your RX in the drive thru, be sure you pack a snack and a book. I’m not kidding. Anytime I go thru the drive thru it’s a solid half hour wait. Inside, the wait is WORSE.I have noticed many Medicare plans this year dropped Walgreens from their preferred list. This should tell you how bad the service has gotten.I suggest transferring your medicine to another pharmacy- unless you like to wait and burn time.It’s sad to walk away from a brand I grew up with. A brand I trusted. Now, I get a horrible attitude and refusal to order in medicine the doctor requested.Save yourself the frustration.

Riddle me this! I purchased 2 boxes of band-aides for 2.99 each per their sale of buy one get one half off at the East Algonquin location. When I got home, I realized I grabbed 2 different types. Went back the next day to exchange box #2, this was to be an even exchange, different size band-aides, same price value. I was told I had to do a return for the value of 2.24 and rebuy the band-aides for 2.99. Huh? Stood there arguing over 75 cents. Finally, just returned the band-aides. If it looks like a scam, sounds like a scam...
