This office is a failure and the worst because its employees always deliver mail to the wrong address. And if you go to complain, no one pays attention to you or assists you or tries to solve the problem. The employees are disgustingly incompetent. They should do something to improve because we pay for the services and nothing is free.

I want to shout out the Manager, Ms. Patsy at the post office in Algonquin. She went above and beyond to assure that I received a package that seemed as though I would never receive it. Her Professionalism reached levels of satisfaction. Again thank you Ms. Patsy for all that you’ve done?

Paid nearly $400 for ski boots. Never left the USPS post office. How is that possible? Somebody might be stealing packages.

What happened to friendly service @ the post office? I guess it’s a thing of the past as are the dying USPS services. Don’t make a passport appointment, you will not have an actual appointment which they don’t tell you and the hours are very limited to getting these services done. When you show up you go right into a line of other patrons looking to buy stamps. The stamp line could be a hour or more, and it boggles me that these folks do not know they don’t need to wait an hour to buy stamps, that other places sell stamps! We waited 45 mins, total time to submit a passport app for my children was 2.5 hours…all while standing and waiting awkwardly in line with others who were equally perturbed. I hope to not have to go to the post office again, if I get one of those sorry we missed you at your house USPS letters we will hold your package blah blah, I will ignore it and not make the agonizing attempt… I understand they may be short staffed, which is fine, a heads up from the post office advising customers that your scheduled appointment is not really relevant and you can spend half your day waiting in a stamp line is recommended for common courtesy to peoples time.
