Went in for screen protectors at the end of Nov. Manager Ozzie tried talking us into new free phones. After we said we would think about it he tried talking us into a new plan and said we would get Netflix at a discount and other promotions, so we agreed to the new plan. He said to text him with any questions. Texted him 2 or 3 times and no response. I even gave him a great review. Here it is January and still not on new plan. He never did it. Turns out we could have gotten the same discount for Netflix with our current plan plus more. He never told us, he just wanted to upgrade our plan or sell us new phones. Also he only sent us 1 screen saver and not the 2 we ordered. Very disappointed. Not going back to that location.

Came in to get my SIM card fixed. One of the managers quickly helped me out. I was then browsing briefly and was about to leave and Stephen approached me and talked to me about upgrading options. He did a very good job of breaking down my current plan and working with me on getting a very good deal for phone trade ins. I've been a T-Mobile customer for a few years and mobile experts like Stephen are why I will continue to be a customer as well as the amazing service. I will also like to point out that Stephen is very passionate about what he does and I applaud him on his recent promotion! He definitely deserves a glowing review because of his energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm to help the customer. Thanks again Stephen wife and I are happy with the new phones!

I came in yesterday to get a new Iphone and was helped by Stefen, he gave my mom and I a great experience. We both got new watches and I got an iphone 15 pro. The whole process was very smooth. Stefen was very personable and had my mom and I laughing the entire time. :) Overall, great experience.

Came in a few weeks ago to turn in a trade-in and ask for help with an issue on the account. Waited for 30 min BEFORE being checked in. Then waited another 40 min to actually do what I came there to do.Phone was checked in by a very helpful employee. For the issue that I had on the account I was told the manager told the employee that I should go talk to whoever sold me the service. How very "helpful" of the manager.Came in today to turn in another phone. The wait was "just a little bit". With 3 customers before me and the lady nearest me saying she has been waiting for 30 min already. No thanks.

This location is a joke! DO NOT waste your time!!! Warranty phone that takes 15 days to deliver then when we went in to determine status, they lie pushing blame on us the customer. When we show them the email & phone, they said they contacted to prove NO INFO RECEIVED, they then blame "the server"TMobile you are losing a long time customer and that's a shame.When you make a mistake, own it and move on. Customer service at its finest.

I have gone to this T mobile before and was always satisfied. This time, very disappointed. The rep really was unconcerned with my problem. I understand everything cannot always be fixed, but I still need to feel like a valued customer. Maybe it was just an off day, as I said before, I am usually very happy with this site.

If you want to experience slow service look no further. I sat there for 45 minutes waiting to be helped/checked-in and they did everything but acknowledge me. Once I let an employee know what was going on, they apologized and guaranteed I'd be next up. After that, a customer that had checked in after me was taken care of and called up. I sucked it up and even waited until that customer was taken care of. I got skipped AGAIN after that, and the customers next to me even agreed. I explained my situation again and nonetheless the rep didn't care that I was skipped several times and told me to wait. 2 of their reps were more worried about taking their lunch breaks than making sure everyone was checked in.

Do not waste your time, literally. I came in to return an old phone that I had upgraded online and was told it would be a 10 minute wait. What should have been a 10 second transaction was never done because I walked out after waiting 35 minutes. The lines would go a lot quicker if the employees didn't spend the time peddling the scam extended protection and scaring/threatening customers that their devices wouldn't be covered. If you can deal with T-Mobile online, do it - otherwise, not worth the hassle and frustration.

My experience with the Algonquin store was great Mikey and New trainee Ixchel spent a lot of time with me processing a warranty phone and also sent it to another store closer to where I lived. I really appreciate the good service. Thank you for a job well done T-Mobile!!!
