This shop is very customer oriented. I have been looking everywhere for a limited edition flavor vape that I love and the owner found some and has kept it stocked. Every time I go in, the employee is soo helpful. They have suggested some great new flavors that are similar to the flavor profile that I like. I don’t usually leave reviews but this place goes above and beyond to satisfy their customers and their prices are really affordable ?

Been a regular for years and never disappointed! I come here at least twice a week, the owner keeps his shelves stocked and there's new product in all the time! Friendly, attentive and knowledgeable! Highly recommend if you are looking for great product, pricing and customer service!

Owner is very well researched on just about anything you could ask for in there. He’s got a big background in the industry and is a respectable man. He’s got high quality products, the shelves lined with anything you’d want. If you’re hurting for cash he’ll point you happily to the cheaper options and give you a heads up if there’s something better around the same price. Beautiful pieces too. Loved everything he’s recommended me and my family and I can’t imagine shopping at any other smoke shop when I’m in IL. Thanks for the great continued service, my man! ??

Super sweet guy, sells anything you need in this industry basically, VERY KIND, listens, knows what he’s talking about unlike other shops around here. He is VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE!! store is very organized and clean! I am autistic and he was very accommodating towards me #autismacceptance he answered every question I asked very clearly and was very professional. He is also price accommodating. He let me try everything and opened everything to make sure nothing was broken and everything was working properly. This store and this man is amazing I highly recommend him!!

i am from virginia and im just here visiting, i looked up the slosest smokeshop and this had the best reviews. nabeel was knowledgeable and kind and has a lot of products, 10/10 recommendation.

First time coming here and Nabeel was incredibly helpful. he took time to not only explain the differences, pros and cons but he replaced my juice and coils for me showing me how to do it to make it last the most effectively. good prices and good customer service.

First time came in looking for something new after a long time pen broke. Nabeel asked me a few questions to understand what I needed and made a recommendation based on what I needed and not based on how much more the sale could be . Love my purchase which also was also affordable .Not only was I made to feel at ease with amazing customer service and his friendly personality service but also his honesty made up for other not so great experiences at other places. One of the BEST smoke shops located in Algonquin!! The owner and his staff are super friendly, and extremely helpful. I went in wanting to learn more about Delta8 products and the taught me a bunch. If you are looking for a great place to shop I Highly recommend SmokinClouds!!!

This is the ONLY place I'll ever go! He knows his product over, sideways, and under times 5! He helped me out in a pinch (vapepen crapped out before headed out of town for the weekend), and I'm forever grateful! Helped me figure out the next best thing for me, cartiages, showing me how the new mod worked, etc. CLASS ACT!! It's totally a hidden gem!! Please visit!!!
