Rob's Auto does exactly what we talked about with no surprises. He will give you a heads up about other things to keep an eye on for the future. I have never felt pressured with this shop. Also, they get the work done in a very timely fashion and always call to keep you appraised of what's going on. Glad I found this place. Keep it up Rob.

I went to Rob's Auto Repair needing new brakes. He was very polite and professional. He explained to me exactly what was needed to be done, and he was very respectful. The prices were very fair, and he was honest about what was going on with the brakes. I am happy I went to this place. I will definitely be returning here with my car.

Very impressed!! Took my ford to a dealer and they told me I needed a 2k compressor for AC. Through a friend I found robs and he was the honest mechanic who told me I did not need a compressor and just needed some freon.

Rob worked on my 1966 GTO last summer and did a fantastic job! Car has never run better. His pricing was very fair and the work was done quickly and efficiently. I’m happy to have a trusted local mechanic to work on my classic Pontiac and definitely recommend Rob’s highly!

Came here with my husband. We were looking at purchasing a work van and brought the used vehicle here to get an opinion. Drove straight from the car dealership to Rob’s Automotive. Called ahead to make sure he had time and it was ok. The vehicle was a little sketchy so we took it back to dealer and they offered us a different car. Used our ‘test drive’ to take it back to Rob’s and have an inspection. This second one was a thumbs up. Very happy to have this info and very happy Rob checked out 2 vehicles for us.
Bonus - a very cool, antique car diagnostic machine sits in the lobby.

I was so much sad about what happened to my Acura MDX. I made an assumption that the transmission is dead and gone. So I requested for a towing service to get it dropped to Carmax. However, the towing service asked me what happened to my suv. His name is John. He said, I don't think it's a transmission issue. He introduced Rob to me and told me that he's a very good person. So we went to Rob's Automotive instead of CARMAX, LOL. After a day, I got a call from Rob and he told me that the axle is broken and it's cut in half. The next day, I got my car! Rob was great! He got me set up with all of the work I needed completed at a fair price. Max worked on my car and had extensive knowledge of the car and what work needed attention. They were not pushy, nor did they try to push additional work that wasn't necessary. Overall great experience. It's hard to find good shops for classic cars and now I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Rob put front rotors and brakes on my 2015 Audi. He let me bring my on parts and informed me I only needed the fronts. He got me in and out. I appreciate it. I'll be going back for future work for sure.
