This is the second time I have drove by for my doctor appointments and the staff is yelling very loudly and mean at the children playing outside. Do better!

We have been attending Randall Rd. KinderCare for a year now and have had our 2 year old, 1 year old, and 8 week old in the toddler and infant rooms. We had tried out 3 other daycare facilities before coming here - NONE compare to Nicki, Jackie, & the staff! They're always so eager to greet the little ones each morning and the facility has the cutest (and cleanest!) entrance with a homey feel. Throughout the day both of the rooms are consistent with pictures, updates, and fun thematic projects - which helped us feel more at ease knowing the kids were having fun while being nurtured and engaged in educational activities. Our boys loved attending and we have no worries about sending our infant daughter. One of our toddlers in particular had a difficult time transitioning away from us and the staff were so caring, patient, and insightful! The staff at this location go above and beyond, really making a positive impact on our kiddos lives. Highly recommend!

We have been attending Randall Rd. KinderCare for almost 5 yrs now. My 4yr old and her brother started here since they were 4weeks old. Nicki, Jackie, Miss Daniela, Miss Becca, Miss Shelby and all these great teachers are amazing. I am sorry I didn’t mention the other teachers but they are all great! Throughout the day both of the rooms are consistent with pictures, updates, and fun thematic projects - which helped us feel more at ease knowing the kids were having fun while being nurtured and engaged in educational activities. My kids loved attending and they stay there easily since they love it they don’t cry., we love it here. My kids have learned so much during class. They have even help me potty train my stubborn almost 3 yr old boy.Highly recommend!

I enrolled my two children at this daycare in March. I was worried at first because my kids had never gone to daycare. The director and teachers were able to answer my questions and concerns and any issues we had were dealt with accordingly. I’m so glad I chose this place for my kids first daycare experience. My daughters teacher Ms. Gertie is outstanding and from her reports I knew every activity she did every day! My son has special needs and the directors and his teachers have been so patient with him. Both my kids come in and give them hugs now and are excited to be there. We love Randall Road Kindercare ❤️

I have two children at this daycare and absolutely love everyone there. They’ve all been super kind and willing to work with me on any issues that arise. Especially with my oldest who has more than one food intolerance. The teachers involved have all worked with us, understanding the situation and making sure alternatives were available.During the pandemic we had to temporarily leave the daycare due to our work and family situation. Going back was amazing. The teachers remembered us and our needs. And I’ve been able to see such a huge improvement with our how our preschooler has grown since being back.I would always recommend this center to anyone looking. I honestly missed them during the time we were not able to attend and I’m glad to be with them.

I Sent my daughter to this kinder care when our family became in need of a daycare service. The staff and director Nicki Lynch were phenomenal. We had concerns as we had never placed our daughter in a daycare but the walked us through everything and were so kind and patient. Nicki answered all of our questions and provided us with everything we needed. My daughters teacher Ms. Becca was son kind and our daughter was comfortable showing up every morning and learning there.

My son absolutely loves going to school everyday! The communication from Nicki, Jackie, and his teachers is great, his friends make him feel welcome, and the school is clean. This is a great environment for our pre-school aged son to learn!

I absolutely love the Kindercare in Algonquin. Nicki, along with her staff are super sweet and professional. They make my daughter feel special and thought of! I would recommend anyone to bring their children to this facility!!

The love and care that my son gets here is incredible. The Teachers are so in tune with the children in their class; they know how to encourage and engage with each and every one in just the right way to help them learn and grow. They regularly post pictures, videos and notes in the KinderCare app which helps me to feel connected to my son while I'm at work and when the day is done, I am grateful for the detail they include in the daily report as it gives my husband and I a great gauge for my son's overall day.I am grateful for the time and attention the Directors and Teachers dedicate to ensure my son is safe, cared for and most importantly, has fun each and every day.

I couldn't be happier! I recently relocated and was worried about how my children were going to adjust to new teachers and a different environment. Not only did the teachers help my 2 children adjust, they helped me adjust. The first few days were rough as my son and daughter missed their old friends and teachers, but now 2 months in and they love it! They come home each day telling me about what they've learned and the fun activities they've done. The parent app also helps because I get pictures of my kids each day showing me all the fun they are having. It is even more reassuring to see them engaging with friends and participating in school activities.
