The second I walked in the door I was greeted by Yvonne then onto paperwork with Denise then to Dr Byer!!! What a wonderful staff in this office. Dr Byer was wonderful… there was no judgment… just telling me how to make my vision better. Loved it. I mean seriously, they made this experience so nice. Why can’t my dentist be this enjoyable? lol

I have been going there for a while for myself but when I called to scheduled appointment for myself and my two kids, I was told they are not available till November 27th, the last time slot is 4pm and they are not able to accommodate all three of us together hence it will waste to take a day off. I asked the front desk staff like it’s not very accommodating and she answered in a very rude way that “ our doctors has families” so yea we all have some type of families. She continue to keep telling me that when she has appointment she will take a PTO day and what not and this is how it’s going to be and how are you going to run an eye center with no appointments available after 4pm or weekends?? Make it make sense people with jobs they will have to take multiple days off work to bring their children?? So disappointing how the staff member treated me on the phone, I could just tell that she is totally spoiled at work and given a pass several time insulting patients and customers.

Absolutely amazing service, the office itself is so clean and the atmosphere itself along with all the staff is very welcoming. Yvonne was a huge help in making sure my glasses were repaired before I left. I highly recommend this place to all!

I was very impressed with Dr. J Morfoot. His personal attention to details and the fact that he took his time to explain all the tests. Dr. Morfoot spent quite a bit of time with me and was very patient with my questions pertaining to testing and treatments. It was nice to have a doctor that loves his profession and is there to help others. I would highly recommend Dr. Morfoot

Dr. Timothy M. Beyer is very friendly and professional. I had the appointment on 8th of Feb; for retinopathy and prescription glass. One of the staff told me that she would mail me the prescription and the report. But after two weeks (Feb. 21st) I had to call them and remind them about my prescription and the report. The lady who took the phone was apologetic nevertheless, why I was not given the prescription? I was ready to wait for 30 minutes or longer. It was too late for me to get a prescription glass before my trip. Hopefully she could do better next time. Thanks Doc.

We have been patients of Dr. Morfoot for a few years now. I feel the need to put out a review after our visit today. My 7 year old had a bit of a panic attack with one of the very simple parts of the exams. I tried to stay patient, but it was so very hard as these are nothing but preventative tests. Dr. Joe stepped up as an amazing doctor and was so very patient with her. He went above and beyond to help her, to say im thankful he's our doctor is an understatement. Thank you again, Dr. Joe! And happy birthday! ?

10/10 - would absolutely recommend! Dr. Beyer and his team at Precision Eye Care are the best! They are so kind and patient. After jumping from eye doctor to eye doctor, I found Precision Eye Care. On my first visit, Dr. Beyer discovered that I had an eye disease that every other eye doctor I had seen prior never mentioned to me. He is the reason I was able to catch my disease early enough where I could be proactive about it and I can't thank him enough!! I fully trust them with my eye care!
